    Red criticals sound like a great way to buff snipers, because in all honesty, they do need it and it very much suits the weapon class. They are behind every other weapon class, even one handed secondaries, DPS wise. In lower tiers of content this can be defended but in endless, sniper weapons are pretty much obsolete because of this, and far earlier than most other weapons of every other category.

     

    I also wouldn't be opposed to allowing sniper weapons as the only ones that can bypass fields. That would give them a unique perk that is highly situational and promote different loadouts, while not being a powercreep-oriented buff. Having a single guy around that can one-hit nullifiers sounds like a great addition and justifies a lower overall DPS. It gives snipers a good reason to sit high and dry on some vantage point and pick off high priority targets.

    the bubble bypass seems like a great idea, taking bubbles down with consecutive sniper shots atm is just dumb

    Snipers are getting buffed in U18, as a player that only uses snipers, primarily Lanka, i do think that all snipers need innate punch. I have never had a problem with fighting hordes with a sniper at all it makes it more fun IMO, but they also do need a increase in damage output, rifles have high sustainable damage since they are fully auto, weapons like latron do heavy shots with more control and accuracy and atm shotguns are the sh*t because of their devastating power. The damage multiplier for snipers needs a heavy overhaul on head shots and body shots, you should feel rewarded for taking the time to aim and land a great shot. but thats just me

    As a lover of all things snipers in this and every game I play I feel saddened by the lack of love DE gives them.  

    Now in general we all know that snipers need a buff.. yes I do know they are good right now.... and yes I do know that they are viable end game, but in my opinion we only have 2 good snipers, well 3 if you count grinlock with augment. Vectis ( prime counterpart included ) and lanka. Vectis and Lanka are two very different snipers but both are really fun. though one is superior to the other :P * cough* lanka master race, they are both great additions to your arsenal.

    Now to the point... I know right all that and i haven't said what i wanted.

     

    I kinda wanted this page to be reflective of our collective thoughts, no hate, no fire, no rage. Just tenno discussing important matters.

    As i am sure we all know shotguns got a huge buff which makes them some of the best weapons in game now and extremely viable everywhere.

    What I want is, that people post what they currently think of Snipers and without being arses talk about how they could be improved and mechanics to make them better for the people that use solely snipers and for those that like to pull them out of their pockets once in a while

     

     

    TLDR Version : Dont be an Arse but discuss snipers and possible viable fixes

    I do see where you are coming from, her Orchid skin is amazing I don't care how much it costs I am getting it when it comes out. Personally I love the skin she has now, but I dont necessarily love her default skin i find it quite plain, but her Immortal skin fixed that for me, by adding more style and lines which brought out her physique for me. there was a joke going around between me and my friends, her orchid skin is the princess she wanted to be while she was earning money stripping. her current look though is what made me fall in love with her it was very ' woman ', high heels, curves and her bad &#! leg and shoulder attachments set the deal. To me she fits her organic look very well without over doing it like limbo or under doing it like rhino. in conclusion her immortal skin and alt helms make her great how she is

    See... that's what I don't believe....

    You can mow down a crowd of enemies faster with an automatic/ semi automatic rifle than with a bow.

    You can, but imo, it aint as fun that and I just hate fully auto weapons, semi automatics are nice but bows just have this sense of pleasure in them when you see those wonderful red crits

    The last two weapons were Prova Vandal and Imperator Vandal.

    yea ik I stated that, its just that prova sucks and I dont really play archwing that much and when i do I use velocitus ( what ever its called )

    We havent seen a Vandal Weapon is sometime, the last to major event weapons were both wraiths ( gorgon , latron ). and im taling about actual warframe weapons not archwing because yea, i know it got a vandal but i dont really do much archwing. The rumor going around is that the next vandal is the quanta, not saying its a bad idea, but if it is common man, there are other corpus type weapons that have been out way longer than..... quanta. you have supra that weapon deserves one, you got the flux you even have lanka ( which is my favorite weapon and would love to see a vandal for it, or just some lover for it in general XD ). but yea, we need more awesome vandal weapons because the last tenno one was crap, anyone remember prova vandal, ya me neither

    I am torn on chlora and hemlock, but I love Saryns immortal skin. Definately one of the frames I'm eager to try, admittedly she's be sitting in the bay for awhile now until I can get all her accessories. The beard just happened one day. It's funny because I grew up wanting a beard, and I remember not being able to grow one for the longest time, and then it happened. Thanks for the compliment, by the way.

    well i guess i will hope for the best XD, and yea saryns immortal is one of the best DE has done, i love that girl she is my fav Semi tank/Nucker Ingame

    First post, and I'm already giving myself away. Well considering that one of my favorite, and probably most used frames is Valkyr with the Bastet helmet this is awkward. 

    XD, ik the feel im a big old black man and my favorite and most used frame is saryn chlora helm XD. Also Awesome beard btw.. no matter how much i try, i cant grow one lol
