This is pretty old.
Anyways, the spot he is talking about can be seen in Stephano, Uranus. It is also an interception map, not just defense.
You can get to the top there but its almost impossible to shoot accurately.

Super is recruiting!
Yes, that is our name. Just Super. I grabbed that name back in Closed Beta before the game was on steam, but never really bothered for it. Well, now I am. The Super Clan is now recruiting! Anyone can join as long as they understand how the game works. Our dojo is incomplete, and it is just me and 2 friends trying to finish it. It is a lot of work so I am starting to recruit to get some helping hands. Don't worry though, you don't have to contribute. We do not have an emblem (but we will, I have the plat for it, just not the emblem). We will be obtaining labs soon. Comment here or whisper me in game for an invite! -

Perx, Ced is trying to tell you that your idea doesn't add anything new.
By all means, create a new sword, and the vertical slash thing is a decent idea (it has been suggested a few times before), but we already have two swords that have the primary funciton of being the strongest charge attackers in the game. Creating a sword that has an even better charge would render these two absolutley useless.
Unless you can think of other ways to limit it so the stronger vertical slash is balanced by a downside that leaves the Plasma and Dark swords as viable options, this new idea is just a stronger replacement to a weapon that exists already.
The vertical slash is suppose to be average damage, the thing that sets this one above is its ability to ignore armor.

the schindo and frago are alread silly enough, keep the oversized weapons and anime inspirations out of warframe please.

There is 14 melee weapons - what makes you think we need a 15th that goes in same direction as two already go? You are not offering anything outstanding or necessary, is what I am saying. I am not trying to discredit your work, I am merely pointing out that you are working on something that is already covered.
So 14 melee weapons for the rest of the history of the game? I think I'll stick around for the years to come.

Take a real life example. You have an aftermarket car that goes 210 mph but looks like poo. You could choose a lamborghini that also goes 210 but looks better. PREFERENCE OF APPEARANCE.
Another example, you like Pepsi. You could go for Coke, as they taste similar, but you go for Pepsi cause it has a blue can. PREFERENCE OF APPEARANCE.

Such an option already exists, called Plasma Sword and the similiarily working Dark Sword.
There charge damages dont match. Plasma + Dark = 125

Regardless of whatever cool art you have planned, it is not necessary by functionality, it doesn't offer anything.

May I ask for your assistance? What I'm trying to make is a sword that's more for charging and discourages normal swinging.

Someone has played .Hack//G.U. before? the last of Haseo's gun is pretty awesome and somewhat techie, it's a dual pistol with some "blade" on that...

I would have suggested something extremely detailed and flashy, but compared to the simple (no offense devs!) design of pretty much everything in Warframe, going fancy wouldnt fit.

A neat feature I found, I'm not sure if it's another factor, but with the cronus, if you jump then attack to do the ground slam thing, it 1 hits reactors.

I was doing a heavy oxium farm on Cerberus, Pluto and I was doing really well and all of a sudden, my character cant revive anyone, (which is bad cause im Valkyr reviver) and I cant even pick up items such as OXIUM or ammo. Couldnt do anything and was pretty much useless. Please fix bc its a waste of everyones time
