  1. I would like instead to have the buffs build up instead of being a flat value that fluctuates like crazy.

    So for instance I stand in light that gives me a 50% damage bonus, if I were to stand there for 5 seconds Id have 250%. If I were to move out of that light and go into pure darkness the  buff would have a sharp decay rate of 50% per second, damage reduction would decay at probably a 10% rate. 

    This would make it so it doesnt feel like playing with the stupid metamorphosis ability on equinox where I can use the one side of the ability until I reach a certain level of enemy then HAVE to use the other buff and can never use the other one until I leave the mission. So with this you could have both buffs granted at at the same time but if you dont keep an eye on what youre doing you could lose the buff you want. This also helps her survivability because shes a real glass cannon as it is and being able to have a slightly more reliable  damage reduction buff is a great thing to have while also not being unable to have the damage buff at the same time and a tap/hold would limit the experience of the ability.

    Also instead of a very hard to constantly watch buff UI id much more appreciate a meter above the abilities possibly a sun and moon that merge together depending on the amount of each sides buff youve built up. You could also IF you achieve a full eclipse you could let the abilities decay pause for maybe 5 or 10 seconds or on full eclipse you blind enemies around you for a couple seconds as if they were staring at an eclipse.

  2. The two major comparisons are honestly more:

    Saryn:

    -Glass cannon(irrelevant with shield gating though really)

    -Spores that essentially function as an "auto turret" that we didnt want in the game in the first place but *shrugs* but also  has damage decay if no enemies are affected by them

    -A 4th ability that seems to lose functionality at later levels and also only gives a single stack of viral so is better to replace with something better possibly nourish

    -inability to armor strip completely (unless with green shards)

    -2 good augments 1 ok one

    Hydroid:

    -2 good augments 1 ok agument and 1 almost mandatory

    -a first ability whose augment could technically be replace with nourish to retain similar functionality

    -a 4th ability that eventually cant kill effectively however is not only effective at stripping armor, cc and with the augment increasing loot, it also can be buffed by his 3rd ability while not losing the buff if something isnt being held by the tentacles

    -is a tanky frame with an also very decent amount of shields for good gating

    -can fully armor strip helping his abilities and weapons work much more effectively especially with either his 1 augment or nourish

     

    tl;dr: So, very similar, but also very different. Saryn if you wanna afk and do teeny number damage that also can kill just about everything in a 10 miles radius, or hydroid where you can armor strip, double loot, and do big damage with a extremely high corrosive damage buff.

     

  3. More mission variety is probably the biggest issue with fissures by far. But I also would personally like if mid Rot/mission in doing some sort of side mission or puzzle, or boss where if you complete it you can take out a single item of your choosing from your relic cracking. It isnt much but itd help the roll a little bit and help add more to the missions other than here, do the same thing for 20 minutes, or run real fast through this exterminate and still not get what you want with this rad relics of the same type. Could even maybe give multiple side objectives that can reduce say up to 3 items which could at least leave you with the rare and the uncommon pool only. 

  4. Kinda like how when Hildryn came out she was supposed to give everyone gating (I think just before a universal gating?), We need support frames to do the same sort of benefit but for health. Health gets decimated at higher lvls and any amount of DR you put on youre gonna go down at some point no matter what. So support frames should possibly change away from "damage reduction" abilities and instead to "damage capping" abilities.

    And when I say damage cap I mean damage to health cant exceed what the ability reduces the damage to, but this also only applies to health damage. So say trinitys blessing turns into instead of 75% dmg reduction it would become say a max capping of 100 damage/hit to health but that also means for example the enemy does 5000 damage but you have a 90% damage reduction too, it still caps at that 100 damage regardless of damage reduction abilities. This in theory should make healing abilities matter too. And you might say "that sounds overpowered", but it gives a reason to see support frames outside of specific situations and should make health a bit more relevant. It also might make having vitality on frames more relevant too.

     

    And all this is just cause I dont see damage scaling fixed any time soon.

    At 1000% speed itd bring Kahl up to the speed of Atlas at full sprint at least. The lack of bulletjump/aimglide is what I think kills the mobility the most though anyway.

  6. He himself can survive now with overguard, gating, etc, its his globe that cant survive now. Imo he needs an updated augment for globe or something cause the freeze it gives is kinda irrelevant anymore. Augment should instead be that on hold cast creates 3 globes in the same location, each 1m larger than the other. Each time one globe breaks, the invuln period kicks in for the next until all 3 break or its recast again. Kinda imagining it looking like this just globe shaped:

  7. Give clem Volts speed ability at 1000% strength for the mission and you got a deal. Only reason Im not doing it is cause 15 minutes avg is too dang long for that slog of a mission that I may have to go back in to do AGAIN for stupid reasons.

  8. It already was changed in helminth, leave it alone. Its unnecessary complaints like this that killed Ember for a long time and even now shes just kinda so-so so long as you use heat inherit.

    If you want to participate more you clearly need to either progress further in the game to get more mods. Also Im assuming we're talking about an exterminate mission in which the goal isnt typically to stop and smell the Midnight Dragonlilies. If you want to participate in said mission, you could bring nourish to keep the thermal sunderers energy up, you could group enemies in the area theyre flying into with airburst, you could bring a heat epitaph to help kill the eximus/heavy enemies with heat inherit. There are A LOT of ways you can participate here, you could even again, progress in the game and build the EXACT same build and do the same thing as what youre complaining about.

  9. Considering him and Albrecht look the most human out of ALL the NPCs Ive seen in the game Im getting a theyre both FROM 1999 instead of current time vibes. Like they fled to here hoping to find a way to stop the infestation in their time or something maybe? And thats why Albrecht went back but when he did maybe that coffin-like machine was considered a "void-jump"  like the ten zero and in the void he was offered a choice like us to what seems like ally with what I would call the "Corrupted Tenno" and he accepted the deal which I was assuming he was offered the power to stop the infestation or the war or just "everything bad in the universe" whereas we "ran from the so-called deal" and retained control of our choices and apparently our body from what Albrecht seems to have become.

    Well 3gb looks like your probably downloading between 35.0.0 and 35.0.6 have you been away for about 2-3 weeks or something? Or maybe the game files got deleted/changed locations in your drive or to another drive?

    So I was fiddling with this ability the other day and the "status chance" got me thinking, can we let these values on this ability affect status across the board, and by that I mean our weapons? Considering we only have Citrine afaik that can increase status chance itd be nice to have a little more use to the other elements on here other than Cold or Heat for the extra health or armor. I honestly tried to use the toxin in a build not remembering that this only applies to the toxin proc chance and not weapons too. And if this can become a thing let the chance on heat be a bit higher and affected by mods, I dont understand why is should be locked at 10% especially when it also isnt affected by range mods. Id understand if it was affected by range, cause then in theory you could lock a room down with heat panic easily then.

  12. I really would like a universal-type forma but This sort of feature should really be locked until either a Legendary rank or maybe when every current quest is completed. I mean when youre lower rank typically you just throw on what you see fit but later on you get into trying a ton of different types of builds and having to forma over and over and OVER is really exhausting. That and the build on your frame kinda changes with the winds of updates so it would be nice to have, even if it were also limited to only a single slot being able to have that forma type.

    Ok then heres your answer ill give to that:

    so level of the enemy is not a factor. Also Im not saying he has to do ALL that. Im saying IF he wants to get more of the resource those are many of his options. 

  14. First off if youre farming on Phobos Id recommend Zeugma survival instead. Its a dark sector mission with an increased resource drop chance. Also it being a survival instead of having a fixed enemy spawn rate each wave and having to wait each wave for more enemies theyll all just funnel in to where you are.

    Then after that assuming you dont have steel path yet that would increase resource drop chance by +100%.

    So now if you dont have steel path then your other option would be to bring a loot frame. These include:

    -Nekros(if you bring him try to bring Ripkas amalgam mod. This will help gore the enemies causing him to be able to desecrate more body parts for even more increase loot chances. Or if you cant get that bring a weapon with a 50% or greater slash value)But also the gore thing is kinda niche dont go too out of your way to deal with it especially if it makes it harder to kill enemies for you

    -Khora(with her augment)

    -Hydroid(with his augment)

    -Atlas(with his augment)

    -Ivara(needs I believe high duration and decent range while maintaining I believe 100% str too for the pickpocket to be worth using over the others but is also kinda a pain to use as a looting ability)

     

    Now after that there is the option to group up with someone to increase enemy spawn rate as well(dont know if this means more chances at loot or if it just spreads out the loot to the rate of enemy spawn while keeping the rate essentially the same)

    If you dont have a loot frame then your other option is to bring a Chesa Kubrow. It isnt great but its something to reroll loot sometimes

    You could also purchase a drop chance/resource booster for plat. But you could also hang out in the relay and hope/ask if some Legendary Mastery rank player could use a resource booster blessing for you.

    If you have access to helminth you could also put Atlas's ability on any of these other frames and have a second chance at loot but iirc you need decent strength to even get to nekros's loot chance

    i mean we could make them able to be shot through too but if we wanna make them stand upright then either make them clear see through like glass or have them topple over. itll be like trying to drive an 18 wheeler in rush hour traffic with all the structures i can imagine id see

Its called "bladestorm" I always felt like the same attacks it does now should be changed to an ability where as your attacking with a melee weapon the clones will auto attack enemies near who you just hit. We can still let it attack enemies from the range it used to be just now it wont lock down 30 enemies at once but instead a trickle in of extra kills/melee hits. I always kinda envisioned it being like naruto summoning clones in the middle of a fight to deal with other enemies at the same time

Yes! please let me combine the base elemental ephemeras and create something like radiating step or blast step. or maybe equipping  certain ephemeras combined with others itd change their looks. ie Trio orbit + blazing step and you have 3 fireballs rotating around you, Waveform + vengeful shockwave will cause the frequencies to get more erratic looking more like a beat than just a waveform, raptwing + seraphayre will give you a full body ephemera that makes you look like a void angel when airborne and while not airborne itll just look like the two combined normal

    100% agree here, I loved the beta but also most things were kinda thrown at me too giving me a kinda false sense of "hey this game is great". I think though, considering the..............mobile game layout of most of the pages I went to in the game itll be an utter time sink to do anything without forking over the cash. That said, Id love for it to utterly shatter my expectations of it and be a decent grind, I mean Ive kinda ran out of things to do here other than the shard system now, rivens are exhausting to deal with and thats about the only thing I could ever really do that I havent collected everything Id ever use in the game anyway

Just from the TFD beta it looked like most things will kinda be behind a paywall so...unless they lowered those prices in the beta or increase the resources gained from the missions SIGNIFICANTLY from those prices I saw....WF is probably good leavers-wise. I mean Ima play it when it fully releases and if it winds up being what I expect it to be Im out real quick, good character "assets" or not paywall is no way to run a game.

     

    Now after all that does that mean WF shouldnt "fix" their game whether that be old and dieing content or age old bugs that havent been fixed in years? Heck no, I still hesitate every stinking time I use my transference ability in a squad when Im not host because I cant tell you how many times I have gone in and out of it only to completely lock up my character, and the only way to fix this bug is to die and revive...BEEN IN THE GAME FOR YEARS.

    And then the content....which I dont really know what would be more desired at this point from people, making origin system missions matter again other than void tears, or updating the many MANY irrelevant or outdated frames or weapons. Weapons theyve kinda sorta solved between rivens and incarnons but thats a very small fraction of the ever growing number of fodder weapons. Imo incarnon was the better fix of the two especially since prior to incarnons it was maybe 1-2 different meta weapons Id see in missions and now its a pretty healthy mix of either incarnon, kuva, or tenet weapons, more of the former than the rest though kinda now.

     

    Personally the biggest issue I always felt needed to be addressed was the scaling of enemy damage(health scaling idk) arguably fix the one shotting at high lvls then at that point its a bit more of a how far can you go with what you have at that point. I say this cause armored frames such as nidus and inaros etc can STILL be completely wiped out at higher lvls even with having the highest EHPs in the game, the only genuine way to do this is still even now, is shield gating, and with nidus and inaros being the two outliers here it makes them kinda an effort in futility to take in long run missions

  20. Should add an option in options for abilities that have mixed feeling from everyone about them

    For example:

    -Wisp Haste mote 

          -Apply movement speed bonus to character when picked up?    Y/N

          -Apply fire rate bonus to character when picked up?   Y/N

    -Volts speed

           -Apply Movement speed bonus to character?   Y/N

           -Apply reload speed bonus to character?   Y/N

     

    So now if you ever go into ANY mission and have a volt or a wisp with these abilities all over the place if they cast it on you or you happen to pick it up itll only give the bonus you want from it. AND if mid mission for WHATEVER reason you want it after all? you can always toggle it back on
