FM_Hikari

I have acquired Qorvex recently, and installed Armored Agility and Amalgam Serration to be able to make use of the Deadly Pace ability on my Paris. However, i realized that while the arsenal shows it as in effect, the effect will not trigger in a mission(or Simulacrum). It does activate in missions, however, on Valkyr Prime, which has a slightly higher speed with only Amalgam Serration. Is the value on Deadly Pace's description, which states that a minimum of 1.2 is required, incorrect or is it bug? I really want to just be able to use the bow consistently, and i've noticed that the fire rate bonus will activate if i receive a speed bonus from someone else.
