  1. Warframe is more about the journey than the destination, I think that is the core summary of my attitude towards the game.  Warframe is not a simple experience like Mario Kart where you can plunk a controller in front of a 6 year old and expect them to be able to play.  It is, at its core, a process.  You can invite new people to play the game, but to play with them involves them doing a lot of flailing around trying to learn the game.  You cannot and should not expect a new player, freshly out of Vor's Prize, to be able to keep up and survive in an "endgame" environment, such as the Zariman, or even the Kuva Fortress. Story quests currently are paced at key points in a player's progression, and also often teach players the new equipment/systems as they arise.  By the time you reach The War Within or The New War, you're ready.  Giving players the option to skip critical points of progression in warframe leaves them ill-prepared for this new content you've baked up for us.  The very idea that a MR 2 who doesn't yet know how to use a necramech, who doesn't know how to use operator, who doesn't even know how to use mods (which is not really covered by any in-game tutorial), BUT has a burning hole in their pocket to drop $$$ to skip story, is completely ready to play in and understand Albrecht Entrati's Laboratory is... completely ridiculous!

  2. Please, please fix the arms on them.  It's been almost a year and a half, and the Conculyst arms still only have default coloring.  It breaks fashion when the rest of the Conculyst matches Caliban's colors, but they still have glaring red arms.

  3. I need to know if this is intentional or not.  One, the missile/ shock turrets in the Kuva fortress tileset can damage you through the rift, and now, the thermia canisters are getting damaged through the rift by... something.  There's always too many enemies to determine what.  But it constantly takes damage even with the cataclysm bubble over it.

Well, just imagine this is one of those a-hole teachers that gave you bad grades for the rest of the year just cause they caught you speaking in class with someone on the first day of school. (We've all had at least someone like that, right?)

So you're outright admitting that DE has terrible moderation policies.

I am solo farming 300 is there some way I can make this faster? I've been at it an hour and so far 0. That or is there some way to cancel the research bc otherwise I'm blocked from getting any pigments because of this broken one.

The best way I've found so far is to take a max range, high efficiency equinox and just circle around Gara Toht lake.  There's spawn points for random things (grineer, dargyns, kuraka/condroc) spread out around the lake that seem to respawn with each pass you make around the lake. And even then it's slow, and boring.

  6. Not only are Condrocs rare to spawn, Tower White isn't even a guaranteed drop from them.

This has just been an all-around awful experience.  I run a Moon clan, where we need 30,000 pigment.  Out of my 900+ members, only me and a handful of other people actually care enough to farm the pigment.  It's been a couple of weeks and we've only just now hit the 1000 pigment mark.  It's ridiculous to the point where we all will have to buy double boosters (drop chance AND amount) just to maybe get this done before the end of the year.

Did you learn nothing from the Hema debacle?  This isn't just ordinary grind, this is just straight up painful.  And to add insult to injury, the "guaranteed" condroc spawns, over on the western shore, are confirmed to never drop pigment ever.

There needs to be a change, and soon.  I'm not asking for a drop in pigment requirements.  We farmed the black pigment in a reasonable amount of time.  All I'm asking is to *please* bump up the drop rate of Tower White pigment, and let us get the pigment from the guaranteed condroc spawns.  Thank you.

  7. Exactly as the title says.  I log in today, any mission I do, the primary fire button does not work.  I have not touched keybindings at all from when it was working.  I can click on other things when I'm not shooting, but in-mission, I am unable to shoot.  Secondary fire still works, I can use powers and melee.  Relogging has not resolved this issue either.

  8. Smh Stoner I expected better of you.  I thought you were complaining about the OP here, and then I see you yourself started it.

There's plenty of weapons with bad ammo economy.  You don't see people asking for Kohm or Boar prime to be switched to rifle ammo do you?

Just run Carrier prime with Ammo Case, or maybe even primed shotgun ammo mutation.

  9. It's been known that there is a relay construction event in the works.  In one of the devstreams Rebecca accidentally showed a map of Earth with a relay under re-construction.  This is new news that it's gonna be clan research though.

  10. I was trying out one of the new scenes you get from the rare crates on Earth, and when I go to quit out of Captura, I'm met with this message: u1Stth6.jpg

I should also note that "view mission progress" showed me my last mission I did before Captura.

  11. After poking around, it seems to be an issue with just Depth of Field itself.

Nothing gets rid of the blurry halo around all these characters except when I disable Depth of Field entirely.

Which is unfortunate, because that means ultimately it's a bug. You can even see examples of the blurring in issue surrounding Oberon Prime on the prime access page.

This happens because it is out of focus.

In Captura's settings you can change the focus so that objects further away from the camera are either more clear or more blurry.

No matter how much I change the depth of field, it always stays blurry.

  13. Whenever I go into Captura, and freeze time to move the camera, the outline of my frame gets blurred, mainly the syandana and whatever emblem I have equipped.  Like the title suggests, I can't tell if this is a bug, or there's just something wrong with my settings. I haven't touched any graphics settings to even try to figure it out, admittedly, because I didn't want to further screw things up.  So I'm asking you guys for an opinion.

Screenshot for an example.  Note my clan emblem blurred out, as well as several other details around the edges of my frame and gun.Tdv9mQn.jpg

  14. Of course it was easier for your ghost clan to get the resources for the hema.  Moon clans had to get FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND mutagen samples for the hema. My clan is still 75,000 short of meeting that goal.

I'm all for long, overarching clan goals, but I guess you haven't been in the clan business for too long, and I can tell you with certainty that one of a clan's MAIN selling points, aside from community, is that they have all research complete.  People will clan-hop in order to get the research they want. So sure, long term goals are great, but not for weapon research.

So, they didn't actually sell any pinecones did they? Unless I am mistaken, I am guessing these were sold out from the very beginning, because obviously even while joking they aren't going to sell a pinecone for 80 dollars.

Unless someone can prove otherwise by showing me their "threshcone noggle" in their liset.

Obviously picture in this thread is a joke, as even with the most expensive rush shipping, the OP wouldn't have it yet, even if it were real lol.

When you are rich enough, you're able to pull strings and get things before they're even on sale. It pays to know people. Clearly you're not in the know.

  16. I knew the day would come when my precious Tonkor would get hit with the nerf bat.  It still hurts just as much.

Rest in peace, my old friend. ;_;7

On another note, one of the things the Panthera desperately needed was a change to the way its multishot works. In its current form, it shoots two discs that go to the left and right of where you're aiming.
