  1. Whispers in the Walls was the main dish here. Warframe 1999 was the little sneak peak for further down the line that they usually give us at Tennocon. For example, when they ran the demo for Fortuna and showed work in progress Railjack. That was a bonus demo. Warframe 1999 did what it was supposed to in that regard, build hype for later on in addition to the next big update. It's a bit weird pushing the QoL update discussion to a later Devstream. But I think we had enough covered for presenting Dagath's update, the demo for Whispers in the Walls and the sneak peak at 1999. ~~~ That Soulframe demo? If Reb and the current team were considerate to accommodate time for it, then that says enough. They thought it was worth that valuable 31 minutes to share the stage for it. It definitely could've been pared down some. Should it have had it's own segment? Sure. I suppose you'd run it in that downtime before TennoLive.
  2. Yep. Have Trinity's DR function similar to the Ancient healer's aura. Split the incoming damage to Trinity among her linked allies (alternatively she takes a percentage of the allies' damage). Once a damage threshold has been reached, send out a healing pulse to recoup.
  3. Agreed. Since Nekros can summon a bunch of shadows who can rapidly lose health depending on the build, it's an absolute nightmare on energy since the heal goes into overdrive to keep up! If the ability didn't work on summons, it could be a passable band-aid fix.
  4. Splinter Storm can be refreshed by casting Mass Vitrify. This refreshes all timers within a specific range. But I can see where you're coming from with the ally buff though - for example, Titania's Spellbind affecting the whole squad with a single cast if everyone is within a certain range. Making it a channeled ability would get in the way of her 4 since now you'd be draining energy faster for both abilities. Only other way you'd get any back on your own is by using the Spectrorage augment. I do like the function like Accumulating Whipclaw suggestion. The mechanics of the whole kit are break glass to stack and maintain damage. Cast Splinter Storm on yourself, allies or enemies. Stand next to Spectrorage's mirrors as enemies break them to stack additional damage onto Splinter Storm's DPS. Breaking the Vitrify with the Lash and hitting enemies. Repeat I hadn't used Gara that much after she came out. I've only really figured how she's supposed to work last month. I'm sure there's more that can be done to tweak her but I can't think of anything other than the same group buff and first ability buff.
