(PSN)PINGPLOTTER

I have had this happen twice in a row. A person will leave the squad and it will do the transferring host thing and then I find myself back underground, stuck, can't use the esophagus to get back up and have to abort the mission. Can you guys look into this? I suspect some people know this happens and do this intentionally.
