  1. Same thoughts here. More content islands that will dry up once the new shinies have been farmed. A new Necramech when we don't even get to use the 2 we already have in 99% of content. Yareli and Sevagoth deluxe when both frames are still bugged to hell and back, especially Yareli. WF1999 idefk what it's meant to be. Looks like a spin-off title, but seemingly takes place in the "main game" (whatever that even is now).

I don't exactly know if this was what @Silligoosewas getting at, but all I saw from the trailers and recap videos on YouTube was yet another content island that will dry up within a couple of weeks, then probably be forgotten about for another 6 years when DE suddenly remember they even added it. I was kind of cringing when it sounded like they were adding in something similar to Necramechs in this new area - please do not let this be another "Deimos vault bounty" thing again, running the same 30-minute mission ad nauseum for the 2% drop-rate of some mastery-fodder that will never get touched again. Otherwise, it's a new tile-set, a couple of guns and a new Warframe, which is basically every single update this game gets and people will be done with the grind within a couple of weeks. WF 1999 would be extremely cool, if it was a separate spin-off title, but the fact it looks like it's going to be part of the "main game" (whatever that even is nowadays), is incredibly jarring. 10 years of sci-fi ninjas in space, then suddenly thrust back to 1999 "our time", fighting alongside (or as) some Metal Gear ripoff character... I dunno how this is going to turn out.
  3. I'm going to have to agree with @SneakyErvin here. Warframe is already very diverse and inclusive - and it's also quite telling that women in this game are typically those who hold very high ranks. The Grineer are a matriarchy (led by women) and the Corpus also have the Sisters directly under Parvos. We then have the Lotus/Margulis on the Tenno side as well. As for "why am I forced to play as a man?", well, it just so happens that all the things you mentioned have in-game lore reasons for being men.
  4. As it was a credits transaction, it's likely support won't help you on that front. Your only option is to make another Kubrow.
  5. I didn't mention the 3K or 4K endo specifically because it's OK as a reward. Those higher-level drop-tables are bloated with "15x Thrax Plasm" or "5x Voidgel Orb" (or 1x Aya), which you'll get more of by being in the mission for more than 20 seconds. Lenses are a tricky one. They're decent, but not for that long. You also get so much more standing from different sources nowadays that Lenses are certainly not something you'll need a stockpile of. Lua lenses are also just so much better than the Greater ones. 1 single Ayatan Star is purely a joke, sorry. You'll get more by opening several crates inside the mission and honestly, Ayatan sculptures aren't worth it at all with everything giving Endo as rewards nowadays. Finally, it doesn't matter if it's the "old update". You need over 2000 Thrax Plasm to craft everything that needs it (currently) and you also need a ton of Voidplumes. It's the same reason that people are still running Star Chart nodes for resources. I've also had more luck getting full squads for Voruna and Citrine's farms, despite them being "old content", than I have had getting full squads on Zariman. Then, a lot of people hate Duviri circuit based on what I've seen and the Spiral side of things is only good for materials and then Kullvero+Rauta.
  6. I recently made a comment on a thread here somewhere saying that most bounties and endless missions had poor drop-tables to pad-out play-time, but man these Zariman Bounties are something else. Most of them have such atrocious "rewards", it's no wonder you can do multiple in a row set to public and not get a full squad of 4 people together; I was running them at what I'd consider peak-time on EU (3PM onwards), on a weekend, and I maybe had 4 full squads out of 20 bounties I ran. It's also telling that the only "busy" instance of Zariman was #1 and even then it was nowhere near full. Once you have the BPs for Gyre and the 3 weapons (Alternox, Hespar and Aeolak), there is absolutely no reason to ever re-run these bounties, unless you need a few Voidplume Quills for crafting - but even then, you'd only run the T5 Bounty for the guaranteed 5 Quills, not any of the lower-tier ones. Getting 500/750 Endo, 15K/30K credits, a single Ayatan Amber Star (seriously, this must be a joke), or even the singular Voidplumes / 15x Thrax Plasm / 5x Voidgel Orbs - when you could get more by just being in any Zariman node for more than 20 seconds - is not rewarding in the slightest. The other bounty areas (PoE/OV/Deimos) at least offer mods, parts or even certain resources that can make them relevant again down the line - here though, there's nothing (debatably the Entrati Lanthorn drops, at a push). DE would be better off completely scrapping the entire Bounty System of the Zariman and just re-distributing the worthwhile (all 4 of them) drops across the various nodes on A/B/C rotations at this rate.

I did some of the bounties when Zariman first came out, but went on break as the idea of another Syndicate grind (especially one like Entrati) bored me to no end, recently though: 2 T5 Bounties - Gyre BP 2 T4 Bounties - Gyre Systems 15 T1 Bounties so far - No Neuroptics Typical BS Bounty RNG being typical BS Bounty RNG - all I keep getting is the absolutely garbage Endo and Credit Caches, which shouldn't even be in those drop-tables. It's not like we need these stupid bounty grinds to be even more padded out with crap, especially so when the Zariman is only accessible to players who are not going to care about 400 Endo or 25K credits by the time they get to even unlock the Zariman. I just hope that Gyre doesn't become my new Nidus, which took me about 70 Rot. C runs of Infested Salvage (so around 20+ hours), to the point I had something like 25 Neuro BPs and 19 Chassis BPs before I got a single Systems BP. Update: It took me about another 6 T1 Bounties to get a Neuroptics drop (so 20-25 T1 bounties total) and then about another 15-20 (I lost count) T2 Bounties for the Chassis. They do drop, it's just, as I said, BS Bounty RNG being BS Bounty RNG.
  8. Maybe see how this video did it? This guy just give a "star rating" for the total grind - so difficulty, prerequisites, farming the parts, farming the materials to craft, etc.
  9. Kuva Grinlok would be the only weapon they could possibly release that I'd have any interest in putting 5 Forma on to rank it up. Otherwise, unless they are absolutely busted compared to their OG counterparts (meaning actually usable), not many would ever bother to max them out.

I'm not asking DE to just send everyone the Zenistar, Zenith and Sigma & Octantis into everyone's inbox tomorrow as a "hi, here you go", but they could be mastery rewards, to give even more of an incentive to actually increase mastery rank? Give 1 at MR10, 1 at MR20 and the last one at MR30, then stuff like Primed Surefooted could be given at points in the intervals, like MR15/25. That way, you still have to work for it, while also giving an incentive for people to actually increase mastery, because right now, outside of getting some extra standing and void trace "storage", or the 3h boost every 24h from mastery font (which you can get from current MR30 players by just sitting in a relay for 20 minutes), there really isn't a reason to go above MR18 right now. As for the "make it too easy, people leave" / "make it too hard, people leave" point, yes, it's true it's a fine balancing act. I expect you and I could debate this for a while, but there's certainly (nowadays) more things that I believe fall into the "too tedious, didn't bother" category than there was a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, for the position I'm in, I either pony up money to skip the grind, at which point all I have left to do is run ESO 152 times to level everything up (which would take a couple of days at most), or I have to spend the 10 hours grinding the same tedious mission for a specific Warframe/Weapon ad nauseum to actually give myself some gameplay - and if I'm not playing for completionism, then there's actually no reason for me to play - as Warframe has never had an "end goal" or "end-game" outside of the community meme of "fashion-frame is end-game".
  11. Conclave is a dead mode and has been dead for many years. However, every time DE even hint at making changes to it (like moving the cosmetics to the store), the Conclave die-hards (all 10 of them), dust off their accounts to login and complain about said potential changes. So DE then just leave it alone to rot for another few years. You will likely not ever find a match in Conclave, even if you sat there queuing for 4 hours.
  12. These bugs have been noted since... well, not long after Yareli's release and they are still happening. Sometimes it's random, sometimes it's due to someone leaving the party, sometimes it's due to host migration. All we do know is that Yareli's Merulina is incredibly buggy right now and borderline not worth playing, as if you do get the bug happen, the game treats you as if you don't exist in the match anymore. You won't get affinity, loot, reward drops, nothing.
  13. I never said no shields, just very limited shields. We don't want a frame to then impose on the uniqueness of Inaros. Even if she had 5 shields, she can make use of shield-gating. The idea of her being linked not allowing her to drop below 1HP is certainly interesting though.
  14. The "Daily Tribute" system was implemented in 2015 afaik and superseded the previous system they had in place - which was a system that worked how I explained it. When it was updated, I'm almost certain that any progression you had on it was wiped, otherwise I'd be at double the amount of daily logins I'm currently at and not far off getting the 700 logins required to get all the weapons and mods. Like many of us who started in 2013, after 2 years of playing (fairly religiously on my end), we had nothing left to do in the game, so we took breaks. It might well be my fault that I took a break, but why would I play a game that I had (at the time) "completed" and wasn't having fun in. When I play, I go whole-hog. I come back to the forums, the subreddit, the community areas, Q&A in-game chat, the Wiki, everything. I even updated my ginormous Mastery Spreadsheet. The issue I have is that I need to have lengthy breaks from this game, so that I can come back and have stuff to do (and have fun, being the biggest reason). Cracking relics ad nauseum for 100s of hours while waiting for a new frame and 2 new weapons to drop just doesn't do it for me anymore. I'm not "worried" about getting 2 weapons, the issue I have is that I question as to why several weapons are locked behind logging in daily (and such a ludicrous timegate) to begin with. With the way I play, which yes, is a "me issue", but a way that myself and many of my friends play (hence why some haven't logged in in like 700 days) - which is to say that we login for a few weeks/couple of months every year / 2 years, grind everything we don't have out, rank up and then leave again - it just means that I/we will likely never get to obtain those weapons, forever leaving a stain on our "full mastery" (I can just about live with the fact that I will never get the Founders items, despite knowing that I could have). I guess you could argue it's more a nitpick on my end, but I doubt many newer players will ever see those 3 weapons either. Who honestly starts playing a game and thinks "ah yes, I'll play this for 700 days straight so I can get those juicy weapons"? At which point, what even is the point of those weapons if a huge portion of the playerbase will never get them? I doubt many players even know they exist at this point. It's like Conclave. No one plays it, but because of people with the mentality of "I grinded it out, so then so should you", it's forever stuck there as pointless garbage - and as soon as DE even hint at removing it/changing it, the handful of Conclave die-hards dust off their accounts and login to rise up and complain, so it then gets left alone again - despite the fact that if someone wanted to play Conclave to actually grind it up, they can't, because they could queue for 4 hours and not get a match happen. It ultimately doesn't matter if those weapons and mods are "game-changing" or not, I just think the way that they are currently obtained is a relic of a bygone era and they should be moved somewhere else.
  15. I would say that Citrine, Voruna, Styanax and Kullervo are not fitting of the 5/5 difficulty rating. Maybe a 5/5 on a "tedium rating", but not difficult - especially so given that you gave Gyre a 4/5 rating, when she's arguably worse than all the others I mentioned, due to being heavily RNG-locked behind some of the highest level bounties (that aren't Steel Path) and she also requires a large amount of Entrati Lanthorns and Voidplume Quills to even craft. Citrine is available with Mars and Deimos quest, which can be accessed fairly early. Then it's just a case of running Mirror Defense nodes ad nauseum till you either get lucky, or have the 1600 crystals saved up. Voruna is much the same, although arguably less tedious than Citrine, as you do have the "Tier 2" node here and getting Rot. C on Survival is quicker than Rot. C on Mirror Defense, which speeds things up considerably, provided you're able to confidently deal with level 80-100 enemies. Styanax - Getting to the point of being able to grind him might be considered difficult, but his grind in and of itself isn't. There's no BS standing and levelling with Kahl's Garrison, it's simply 1 level per week provided you do the singular bounty. Then, as long as you're doing most (don't need all) of the side objectives, you'll get enough Stock to purchase each part each week. Kullervo - Again, tedious over difficult. Kullervo is a guaranteed side-objective on 3 Spiral types and provided you got a few blessings before challenging him, he's easy enough to defeat. You just have to defeat him quite a few times to be able to purchase his component parts.
  16. 1. Passive Change... I think her current passive suits her better. If anything, it should work more like how "Soul Survivor" Nekros works. Although you could argue that with how common "Last Gasp" is now, any revival/bleedout ability is kind of pointless - unless (like Soul Survivor) it insta-res'd someone, just not with full HP. 2. For someone who said that Trinity was power-crept by Wisp in some regards, what would making her 1st ability function like a mix of Wisp's Haste Mote and Volt's Speed do? What if instead, it gave resistances to certain status types, maybe with the downside of Trinity sacrificing some HP. 3. Make Trinity do something akin to Hildryn's Pillage, but instead of sapping shields, it saps energy from them instead. Essentially an almost global Energy Vampire. 4. As Brozime suggested, just remove the enemy limit on this and it's really dang good. 5. --- I have an idea: So, based on what you've typed and I've thought up while typing this, I came to the conclusion that maybe Trinity does deserve a full rework after all. Instead of having her be in the same niche as Wisp, why not make her far more unique? You mention briefly about Trinity sacrificing HP for her 1 - well, why not make her a HP version of Hildryn? Rework her to have low shields and extremely high HP (so reverse Hildryn) and then instead of using Energy for her abilities, she uses HP instead. Then, after that, "Blessing" could either just continue to work as-is, making Trinity extremely hard to kill with her constantly replenishing her HP - or it could work how you've described above, where Trinity taunts enemies and the more damage she takes in a certain period of time, the higher her own personal Damage Reduction gets. Another idea I just had, after thinking back to Nekros' Soul Survivor - what if Blessing stopped people from dying and instead Trinity sacrificed her HP to save them? With my rework giving her insane amounts of HP (not quite as much as Inaros though), she could sacrifice X% of her Max or Current HP to stop allies going into bleedout for a set duration. To make it work on herself, it could just give her 99% DR for the duration. edit: the only issue with my rework is that her "Energy Vampire" would be absolutely wasted on herself and be a garbage ability for solo-play. So, either it could be Helminth'd out, or changed to be a new version of "Well of Life", sapping HP from enemies.

You know, I keep seeing thread upon thread on reworking Hydroid (which is fair, as he's bad) or some such frames, but I was thinking to myself: "I never see Trinity in-game, I never see anyone talk about Trinity, I never see her in videos..." - you get the point - she's basically all but forgotten at this point. The only time I've seen her mentioned is in Brozime's Yearly Roster video - where he placed Trinity as "B Rank" (fine): "Well of Life is useless and does nothing - Energy Vampire is fine, but used to be way better - Link is hampered by the enemy limit (which should just be removed) - Blessing is her best ability and is still good thanks to giving Damage Reduction". But yes, @ppcheeeese - at this point, why would you use Trinity when outside of Blessing's DR, you could have a frame with subsumed Pillage/Terrify, running Arcane Energize and at that point, any frame has 90% of what Trinity does. There's also the Operator Arcane that restores WF health when you transfer too... A shout-out to Trinity having the most obnoxious star-chart based farm too - screw the Ambulas Assassination.
  18. Have had this happen to me several times today and other players in-game have told me the same story. In the Tier 2 Zariman bounty "Steal New Strength" (Void Cascade vs. Corpus), once you have done the first exolyzer, the game will just refuse to do anything but spawn enemies. The countdown timer for the next exolyzer will just bug-out and stick on something like 30 seconds (happened in my last bounty) and will not countdown further. This makes the bounty un-completable and forces you to abort, losing any loot and void plumes you gathered. The worst part though, is that it makes Gyre's chassis almost impossible to get with how buggy this mission is. Only "fix" is to wait for it to rotate out into the Grineer-based bounty.
  19. @Alphas - back when Liches first came out, Railjack didn't even factor into the equation. You summoned them on Cassini and then just followed them around the star-chart until you downed them and got the correct Parazon sequence and could choose to keep or kill them. The railjack component was added later, because that was the original intention - but in typical fashion, it didn't happen until much later. Apart from clearing up that small tidbit, I would welcome most of the changes you put forward here.

This is the case for every single endless mission type (or bounty) though, not just Zariman bounties/nodes. 80% drop chances on absolute garbage no one really cares for, then 20% chance to get something you want - but that 20% chance then split into 4 or 5 items each with a 4-5% drop chance. This is a core, fundamental issue with how DE introduce new stuff - if the drop-tables weren't bloated with absolute trash, you'd only play the mission for 20 minutes to get the new frame/weapon, then never touch it again and go back to grinding relics or whatever - so they have to make it tedious af, so you either push-through and spend the 6/10/20+ hours grinding it out, or you crack and end up buying the other parts from players, or buying the thing outright from the market. There's a reason that right now, the Aeolak is sat at 150 plat for a set on WF-Market (and that doesn't include the BP, which isn't even tradeable).
  21. I mostly agree with everything you're saying, but we really do not need more credit farms. Yes, The Index should remain THE place to go for Credit farming, however, as you noted, there is Profit Taker AND there is also Veil Proxima Railjack missions. Now, maybe they've been changed in the last 2 years or so, but last time I ran them, it was 100+K credits per run and with a decent Railjack, the runs were like 3-5 minutes each. An hour of running Veil Proxima would net you like 1-2M credits - which isn't as good as Index, but still nothing to turn your nose up at.
  22. I literally just did this first try using the method in the video "Nierou" commented above. Go to PoE at night time - because it saves getting shot at, or having drop ships spawn in. Get in your Archwing and go as high up as you can and as far as you can get away from the borders (and Grineer camps). "Sprint" forwards slightly in your Archwing Melee to get out of Archwing, then immediately aim-glide. After 0.5-1 second of aimgliding, hit slide. During the slide, spam right-click to zoom in your weapon aim. Don't let go of the slide until it either ends, or you fall in the water (as I did). Bam, achievement get. Note: you'll get the achievement when you finish sliding, not when you've covered the 500m. Note #2: This is basically the exact same method used to get the achievement for falling in coolant with a K-Drive on Orb Vallis. Note #3: If you're a Steam player, these achievements are exceptionally rare, so you can also flaunt them on your profile for gloat points X)
  23. For the Ostron you get small amounts of standing for doing the bounties - although the best way to level them up is by trading in fish parts. For the Quills, you only get standing for trading in the sentient cores. I don't think the Quills even have any bounties. For Solaris United, again, you get small amounts of standing for doing bounties - here the best way to quickly level is to trade in animal tags from conservation efforts. For Vox Solaris, you only get standing for trading in Toroids. For Vent Kids, you only get standing from doing K-Drive stuff, mainly the various races. For the Entrati on Deimos and the Holdfasts on the Zariman, the bounties award items that can then be handed in for standing.
  24. This has always been a bit of an issue, but seems to have resurfaced and gotten worse since the Eximus rework. In multiple higher level missions, you'll have 10+ eximus on screen at once - and if you're on a Grineer node, good dang luck with that. Blast Eximus knocks you over, the other AoE eximus knocks you back, Scorpion grapples you, Napalm knocks you over - over and over and over. The same kind of thing with the Corpus Ship nodes too. I played a mission a couple days ago, might have been Sortie or something and my Chroma spent a good 10 seconds just being rag-dolled around and I couldn't do anything. Squishier frames would just be dead instantly with no counter-play.
  25. Because I had to deal with crap, you have to deal with crap. It's because of this mentality that the absolutely garbage farms of Sibear, Hema, some Railjack stuff and - most notably - Conclave have never been changed. As soon as DE even hint at changes, people with this mentality rise up and whine, so DE then just says "ha, sorry, we'll keep the farm the same", which just makes new player's time in this game more miserable than it needs to be. I've been playing Warframe since basically Day 1 in 2013. I remember when the login system worked like a lot of mobile games and would reset if you missed a day (or it reset when they changed it a couple of years after release) - hence why, after 10 years of playing this game, I'm currently only on Day 300 or so of login rewards. I've literally only just gotten the Zenistar. I now need to login every single day for almost a year and a half, to even have the chance of getting the Zenith and Sigma & Octantis. Having weapons and mods locked behind what is essentially a 2 year "grind" is absolutely nuts and should be changed, even if it does annoy a small minority of players.
