Syndicate Standing and Player Trades reset as 1 AM BST (in just under 40 minutes of me posting this) - so for you, this is 2 AM.
Sorties refresh at 6 PM BST - so for you, this is 7PM.

As said above, this changes when the clocks change, so in a few months, it will be 12AM GMT and 5PM GMT, which will correspond with UTC times.
