I wish they would allow us to have control over those lights being on or off, or even let us customize the color of the light so it would better match the ships overall design. it feels half baked and rushed to be put on, it needs more time in the oven.

I am also against story skips too ,but in my experience, the part that all my friends would drop out of game was when they had to do out of the way and annoying missions for the early quests. If the pace of the beginning of the game is fixed, it will improve the start of the game immensely.

Title. Honestly all the quests up to second dream should get shorter and easier to do if we want people to hop in. Not saying that they should just hop to the end but some of the quests have so much fluff and grind that is not needed anymore, there is enough content to grind through already.
