  1. 19 days since the chains of harrow quest was released, and I still have not completed it. been having daily correspondence with DE Support to have me fix hardware related issues What happens is I was doing the 2nd Capture mission on Uranus. The after about 1 minute I get some Freezes of the game that last a few seconds, usually when Rell first shows up. I can usually get pass the 1 capture attempt, and sometimes all the way to the third before the game Locks up crashes, and I get taken to the "Hardware failure detected" page. I have been optimizing my computer to play warframe for the last 3 years and can get up to 80-90 FPS, but I usually play at 30-40 cause I like using the highest resolution. I have a computer that is above minimum specs and a NVIDIA GPU card. I also and quite savvy with computers so I know how to do all the basic troubleshooting. I have only had the game crash when I was balls deep into "Endgame" and dealing with 2-hour survivals or some other ridiculous high-end content. I really have no other issues with the game except it crashing during the Chains of Harrow quests mission I summited a ticket and got the ticket closed and the response I waited a week and submitted another ticket. #880835 Submitted my dxdiag, EE.log, and launccher.log file as per support request Hardware failure detection steps: 1.CPU not overclocked 2. Drivers are up to date 3. memtest was run and no faults detected 4. No errors on disk 5. No overheating issues 6. never had power supply problems Support suggested changing my launcher settings. The only thing I noticed was having my FPS drop by half. Still same issue Support then said my "Integrated Intel Graphics" was below minimum specs and it didn't meet minimum requirements. WEll, of course, I got a powerful laptop with a Nvidia GPU that dxdiag does not detect. Ended up using GPU-Z and pointed out to support that my GPU was listed on the EE.log and was being used by the game. Support then asked for me to update my Nvidia drivers and do a clean install. Change my power management settings, and Nvidia settings to "high performance" Did it again, but reminded support I did that first., and already had those settings before the last reply from support was to run System file checker, and I did and found no errors... still waiting for the saga to continue and find another attempt to fix a hardware issue that I am pretty sure is a memory leak or something else with the mission Looking to see if anyone else has suggestions to keep me busy checking my hardware short of formatting C, reinstalling, or getting a new computer? I JUST WANT TO COMPLETE THIS DAMN QUEST AND GET MY MELEE RIVEN! sorry, just very frustrated with the slow pace of these useless requests from support that are not solving the problem
