They could be talking about 0% life support; It doesn't result in mission failure after extraction first becomes available in 5min, but if you hit 0%, you take damage over time until you extract. If it's Violence unspawning so that you can't get your operator kill to revive, it's not a bug bc Stalker and his acolytes will extract after they've killed you as their bounty.

Maybe we can form a support group or something.
