hi I play on ps4 and I was wondering when the helminth charger revamp will come out on ps4?

if the revamp is free or its a skin?

if it is free will I have to get another helminth charger or it will automatically come on my helminth charger?

will there be new mods and moves for helminth charger ?

and will its name be changed?

and if it is a skin will people who already have helminth charger get it for free or have to buy it?

pls help me with my questions and if u do thx so much

Like a month or two after it comes out on PC

    Free

    Automatically

    Probably not yes

    Probably Not

    not a skin

They haven't really told us too much about it yet and there's no definitive release so you just need to wait.

  2. Any plat DE gives you for free cannot be traded, you either have to pay money and buy it or trade for it with someone. Also when you buy things from the market your "free" plat is used first so it's usually gone rather fast, I assume you're 50p short due to the starter plat.

I sent a ticket to DE do I wait for a reply or forget it

Depends on what exactly you sent but assuming you reported the players there will probably be some sort of follow up on their end, when the ticket is done they will send you a message saying the issue has been resolved and you can decide what to do from there.

Because we can't. While the event is running the rosters are locked and you can't change clans.

Sure, after the event I can beg and grovel for them to accept me, if they even can since I expect that the clans that do earn the blueprint for their labs will be in high demand...

This is from the most recent FAQ

Will The Ignis Wraith ever come back in any other way ever?
We don't know! We tend to add things over time - when we have a more solid answer we'll let you know.

This is from the event thread that proves you can change clans at any time:

*New clans formed or newly joined members during the Operation will be eligible for this since this is the first time Clan presence is needed for an Operation Weapon.

just assuming that's the only thing stopping you you still can switch.

    You just answered yourself.

Much more people are participating (some despite their dislike of the clan system) in this event because the reward is so valuable.

No, it isn't the perceived value is simply more because more people favor the weapon and immediate satisfaction than a set of armor, that doesn't change anything it just means people are more willing to compete for infinite access to a good weapon that a set of armor. Which is the whole point of including leaderboards, it encourages competition which is what they want.

    2 minutes ago, Denpoman said:

And saying it will be farmable (it won't otherwise DE wouldn't put it in the clan labs) doesn't help either.

That isn't a very logical thought process, DE isn't going to lock something behind 10% of clans like that especially when they haven't said anything to hint that they might do that, infinite access whenever you want is its own reward.

    4 minutes ago, Denpoman said:

Weapons like the Dera Vandal, Strun Wraith, Snipetron Vandal only became farmable YEARS after their event. And even that was temporary.

DE has clearly changed how they feel about event weapons with time, all of those weapons can currently be farmed so it would make sense to assume the Ignis would be no different, they're not holding back any of the event weapons as of right now.

Guess that's why I'm not trying eh?

I never insinuated you weren't, I simply said that the intent of the event was comradery, they did change the event drastically to make it soloable but the OP is attempting to solo it in the 3rd largest tier which makes no sense, if you want to solo a clan then you should be in a ghost clan otherwise you're just hurting yourself.

  7. 13 minutes ago, Denpoman said:

And yes, you have been ignoring it, so I'll ask for the final time: why should weapons be clan rewards and cosmetics personal rewards instead of the other way around?

Aside from the fact that there would probably be far fewer people willing to compete for an armor set, locking the armor (which from past events can be assumed to never make a return) behind clans would be more of an injustice than a weapon that will (very likely) be farmable later on. There isn't anything inherently wrong with putting the weapon behind clan progress because it's assumed that players aren't attempting to solo a moon clan.

Your argument here is that the weapon matters and the armor doesn't however based on past events for all intents and purposes it is actually the other way around, the weapon is worthless and the armor is infinitely valuable.

You are also currently trying to argue for their switch however that rends your original point moot since your OP was about not being able to farm a certain piece of content solo which you (or someone else) still wouldn't be able to do, which simply waters down your argument to "I want the Ignis and I don't want to try for it" since you were (and still are) more than capable of getting it with any marginal amount of effort.

We also made a few setting changes to help on 4K:

    • Chat Scale allows you to make Chat larger

This just made my day, although since the changes seem to automatically set the UI to fill the screen from what I got would there be any way to scale it on our own so we can have a small amount of space if we want? I'm not sure if after all this time I'd be able to get used to something that big.

You continue to ignore the fact that palyers are indeed being forced to participate in a system they might not like in order to receive a weapon, which has gameplay value, whether you can prepare or not.

You also continue to ignore my premise that weapons shouldn't be locked behind clan events, but I guess at this point you are too dug up in your flawed views to care, so goodbye.

Players aren't being forced into anything, if you want the weapon now either join a clan or make your own, there's nothing wrong with the content being clan exclusive and your logic is completely invalid since clan research is a thing which does exactly what your claiming this event does (which BTW the event doesn't because, again, invasions).

I haven't been ignoring your premise at all I've simply been disproving it and you don't seem to care.

So you're saying that on top of having to grind for a reward that shouldn't be restricted to a small subset of the playerbase I also have to go around chat begging active clans to take me in just so I can get an upgrade to my favourite weapon?

    Flawless logic.

I honestly don't understand why people defend stuff that harms players as a whole but hey, this is the same playerbase that was ok with Rivens...

The reward isn't restricted in any way at all but since you seem to be oblivious to the existence of invasions I guess I'm just going to have to stop tyring.

This isn't restricted at all to a "small subset of the playerbase" anyone can join a clan, not only was the Ignis wraith known to be the event reward for a long time but you made the conscious decision to not prepare for the event in any way at all so it seems only a fitting consequence that you at the very least need to look for a semi-active clan, you don't even need to "beg" there are plenty of clans that advertise in recruiting, take your pick.

Your logic here is flawlessly flawed, DE did everything right in the preparation of this event you simply chose to ignore it to the best of your ability and are complaining that there is now the consequence of having to wait for invasions to appear (or I suppose you're not since you don't seem to get that weapons drop there). This event harms literally nobody and the biggest complaint I got from you here is that it would harm your "pride" to look for a group of people who like playing the game.

You can have that and not deprive other players of stuff that has gameplay impact.

They could have put the cosmetics as the clan reward instead of a WEAPON that has gameplay value.

You can please both sides without alienating one of them.

Invasions are still a thing so they don't alienate anyone, they gave completely fair warning this would be a clan event so you had ample opportunity to get out of a clan with 99 inactive people and find one that was recruiting, Clans have been neglected for a long time and this is a good step in the right direction. ( I actually wish they had a bit more of these since it's the easiest recruiting I've had in a long time.)

you're still capable of leaving your inactive clan, creating a new one, and soloing the event for the bp.

Nobody is being deprived of anything you're just jumping to conclusions.

  12. Yes, it's truly a shame that they make an event that values clans and comradery and actually rewards players for organizing a team effort.

You're not supposed to try for it solo you're supposed to have a team and there's a good chance the Ignis will appear with all the other event weapons in invasions so your argument of them not catering to solo players in a team event makes no sense. There are quite a few players who have reached over 2k in the leaderboards so if you have literally one other person active in all your storm clan then you should be more than capable.

  13. Because everything takes time to do and saving it is the most logical way to play if you actually want to get anything done. If you want to take your time then go to recruiting where people care, public has always been about getting things done as quickly as possible.

If you think everything doesn't take time then you must have nothing to do because everything from building to farming resources requires some amount of time to do, you really shouldn't hold very high standards for a public match up where you're lucky if anyone ever cares to even communicate when they intend to leave a mission.

  14. You can check your clan score to see, the BP is a clan score thing but I had some members who joined a little late and their scores don't count for the event so it never hurts to test and that's just with my established clan, it might work a little differently for new ones.

HARDCORE TIER: THE IGNIS WRAITH weapon research in your Clan Dojo at the end of the Operation:
Ghost Clans must earn a score that puts them at the top 10% of scores within Ghost Clans.
Shadow Clans must earn a score that puts them at the top 10% of scores within Shadow Clans.
Storm Clans must earn a score that puts them at the top 10% of scores within Storm Clans.
Mountain Clans must earn a score that puts them at the top 10% of scores within Mountain Clans.
Moon Clans must earn a score that puts them at the top 10% of scores within Moon Clans.

Just for a little clarity this is actually 10% of all clans in the game of that tier right? just trying to be sure since the leaderboards only measure the top 10 scores not the top 10%.

    CLAN SCORING & REWARDS

There are plenty of rewards for Clans of all tiers – read on to learn what could await you and your Clan! Remember: When the Operation starts, your rosters are LOCKED. No new members can join to compete, and new clans formed won’t count for competition!

Is there a way to check our clan roster for the event?

if a member joins late even if they can't contribute to our score for the event will they get the ignis if the clan reaches the requirement and they still participated in the event? saw the answer NVM.

    Wait. there's Vigor Prime....

It's one of the login rewards, I think it's 400 days

more on the subject of the build since I find her survivability a bit of an issue when there are things like nullifiers or enemies like ospreys that are immune to the CC, if I replaced streamline with fleeting and kept the vigor would that still work I feel like it would give my teammates a little more time to react before I go down? I was holding off on fleeting because it reduces duration and I wasn't sure if it was better to just use streamline.

Also would cunning drift or power drift be better as an exilus mod? I'm all for the more range that cunning drift gives but the knockdown ignore from power drift is nice aside from the fact it gives me positive power strength.
