(XBOX)A Purple Snep

There's a glitch that's been happening quite often when I play solo. Whenever I use Last Grasp, the operator will constantly uses Caustic Strike repeatedly, and I'm not able to use anything else. Even when I survive long enough and use all of my energy, it still uses the push. I noticed it mainly happens when I play solo, and I don't really see it when playing with other people.
