  1. This raises a very good question; are all Tenno pre-puberty kids? Are there no more adult or teenage Tenno? I mean there must be some Tenno who are older than others, like how many millions and millions of children with the same age did they send to the Void to get exposed to become Tenno? I'm pretty sure they didn't mean to put not having reached puberty as one of the requirements for the chosen kids.

  2. Seriously all this hate for Draco.. I mean if people don't like it, why don't you just not do Draco then? Let the people who want to Draco do Draco.

There's really no point pushing people to get their Focus/Exp/Syndicate standing one way. I really don't get it.

I mean if people want to "push 1 button for 20 mins" just let them. Because for many people(I would like to include myself in this group), hyper-efficiency is what we look for, especially when our playtime is very limited.

  3. XCOM Enemy Within... iron man mode and highest difficulty.

That feeling of losing your strongest veteran squad of soldiers... it will make me feel better for leaving such a cruel and harsh world.

  4. As much as I am a Vauban fan or even a Mag fan, I cannot see both these frames as being the strongest. Even the poster boy- Excalibur would be no match to the most powerful frame that must be Nova.

I mean, we're talking about worm holes and anti-matter stuff here. The whole matter + anti matter = GIAKENGLXCVKNM,6t78t6igyk

And yeah basically controlling molecules? Dude that is some hard core power right there. By right, I think a Nova inside a Corpus or Grineer ship should be able to make it implode on itself in mere seconds. It's really crazy thinking just how much power this frame has compared to other frames.

  5. 1. VAUBAN. I can't believe there is almost no mention of this wonderful frame! You don't need damage skills at all if you actually use this frame right, it's deadlier even without those. Supercharged weapons + Vauban's insane utility and every mission would be a cake walk. That Bastille skill and Vortex could be used in almost every situation. And don't even forget the troll capabilities with that Bounce!

    2. MAG (PRIME). Again, although not the strongest frame in terms of damage when it comes to its abilities, Mag is also an amazing utility kind of frame. With the abilities, it's really easy to just CC mobs of enemies to give your team time during crucial moments. And the frame itself have such a sleek and cute design, what's not to like?

    3. EMBER (PRIME). Basically just go around the entire mission and set fire to everyone. Awesome frame especially during those times when you just can't be bothered to waste time killing enemies all around you.

  6. Tenno are not kids, they just have kid bodies.

It was a fairly serious mistake of DE's, and goes against the very lore they reveal in the quest, to have some of the in-game Tenno VO comments coming across as actually teen in personality and spirit, and as making comments as if this was the first time they're piloting a warframe, or the first time they've encountered Corpus.  I think that's there for the benefit of younger players, so they feel more invested.  But I think for older players, they should probably wait until voice packs with a more mature vibe come along before they switch it on.  Some of those more "juvenile" VOs have only muddied waters which really should be quite crystal clear.

Obviously DE foresaw this problem, otherwise they wouldn't have given an option to switch it off, but I guess they wanted to cover their bases, and they know what proportion of their playerbase is actually teen, or near enough to teen.

But for older players, the lore is clear: the thing in the chair is old, experienced, has already lived a full life, and has whatever personality and character you've roleplayed all along as you've been playing Warframe (if you've roleplayed at all).  All that's been forced on you is the property of having a young-looking body, but that doesn't mean the thing you're playing is young, or that you have to pretend you're a teen now - not at all.

IOW, it's not as if DE expect you to look at the thing in the chair and think "oh, now I've got to play a kid". If you think that, then you haven't quite understood the lore.

Oooo.. this is a really good point!

Maybe it would be cool if DE somehow made lines that are based on the MR..

For example a mastery rank 20 would have lines that are more veteran-like, that says single world lines, full of anger and loathing

    "The Grineer... Disgusting."

While Mastery Rank 1 would have the orignal lines to retain their sense of being 'young' and fresh from just waking up from cyro sleep.

  7. I always thought that the scene where the warframe pulls out the sword on his own without the Operator was an indication that the warframe itself was sentient.

I hope both the Operator and the warframe itself gets a bit more fleshing out; and more quests to explicitly show the relationship of these two.

And I thought that the Stalker was an example of this 'sentient warframe' who somehow gotten free of his Tenno's control and was driven mad by the implications of what he was driven to do under the Tenno's control, and hence his hatred for the Tenno.

  8. OOOO

So using the comparison to Evangelion(which DE has mentioned was one of their influences)....

Does this mean the Stalker is actually a warframe that somehow cut itself free from it's Tenno and has become a sentient being??

So basically, the Tenno, the children, are evil overlords that are using real people enclosed inside the warframes to do their biddings to kill everything in its path?!

This really opens up a lot, I hope DE actually goes down this dark path or something similar... I really don't want to see the warframe universe heading onto some bland explanation for all this.

Will be really cool to see where in a quest you actually have to fight your own warframes!!

(Imagine all the warframes that I sold for slot space(and a meagre amount of creds) ;c they'll be coming back for revenge

  9. Knowing his character, he WILL betray the Tenno, though I rather that time happened sometime in the future instead of now, right when he might be feeling a sense of gratefulness to the Tenno for helping him. So sure, I think him being neutral is a good idea.

Though I still want him to remain as the evil villain that we all know yet at the same time, a sort of a helping hand or even just a neutral party right now. Maybe like, put out mini-events/cutscenes/missions where we, bump into colonies filled with infested where Alad V presumably 'tested out' his 'cure' on live, unwilling samples to cure himself. But because of the fact maybe he is helping us find a way to maybe destroy the new upcoming infested boss, J3 Golem, we, the Tenno, cannot kill him because we need the information he has acquired from the cure he was able to make to help defeat the new boss.

So, please don't make him an angel when he clearly is a psychopathic, egoistic and ruthless character. A lesser evil; neutral party- sure. A completely reformed, honest, hardworking dependable character that just radiates generosity? No way.

  10. Dude this story reminds me of one of my kubrows who died on me man. I kept on getting the digging kubrows, and suddenly I get this real-cool looking, Sunika kubrow and I was so elated.. I had him leveled all the way till level 29.. but one day, he died because I apparently forgot to use the DNA stabilisers...

    Sigh..

  11. Alad V is a way more rounded out and fleshed out character. Nef is very boring since he literally only talks about the void. I want Alad to win because future events and lore would be much better with Alad again. Nef is just to static of a character for me to care about him. Almost every event with Alad has been fun though or entertaining.

Also I like Karak better then Dera but that's not what this is about

Oh, but if Nef wins here, he might be developed more as a character, if that is what you're worried about. The 'depth' you perceive of Alad is only because we are more familiar with him, meaning he has appeared more times than Nef, a new redesigned NPC

  12. I think you're new to this kind of operations? If I remember correctly, it was some long time event, Corpus vs Grineer, people who sided with the Grineer got the Brakk..(Detron for the Corpus, but they lost) But now, we have the G3/Zanuka to obtain the Brakk and Detron respectively, so I won't be so concerned with not being able to get the rewards..DE would put those rewards in game in a way that we all still get whatever.

  13. I'm all about the replaying of the events, but like what some other people mentioned, the event weapons should not come back.. As in, by re-doing this old events, the players shouldn't be able to obtain it, or else there won't be an incentive to grind and do the event itself.

If DE wants to release these event-exclusive events like what they did for Snipetron/Snipetron Vandal, sure, but I do not think it is a good idea to get these weapons available right off the bat from playing the events.
