  1. What is the reasoning behind random stats on Railjack equipment? I keep spinning this in my head and only one thing comes up "so all players won't use one thing that's good". Is that it? Because people will still use one thing that's better than everything else.

    And to make things even worse, repair cost of Mk3 is ridiculous. I'm not going to spend this much knowing that I can get the same exact thing but better.

    Can't really say anything about Grendel (I don't like arbies either and haven't even started collecting essence for Grendel), but Liches and whole "murmurs-relics-words" loop is seriously throwing me off. Murmurs gain is terribly low, new relics as source of word mods is just uninspired (I mean, these are supposed to be some eldritch forbidden words, right? Scary, spooky, very Lovecraftian... Just open few rotten cabbages and hope for the best, just like you already used to) and I think adding new relic "era", exclusive to alerts (not to mention they are not a guaranteed drop) is a terrible idea in general.

  3. I really like how many sfx look with blur option on (invisibility, "pizzas"), but it's just straight up nauseating on camera movement. So I was wondering if it's possible to break "Blur" into couple independent options, like "Camera blur" and "Special effects blur".

  4. As title implies, I believe my planks are bugged.

    At Roky's and in the arsenal they look perfectly fine.

    Note how Neddlenose has its corners cut and Flatbelly isn't.

    Both are using Hothead reactor and Step Tens jets. Could it that this is just a "lucky" parts combination that causes it?

  5. Agree, bait economy is pretty bad atm. I'd love to see those blueprints become reusable (especially top tier ones, those are insultingly expensive), but considering you don't need a whole lot of fish materials price reduction is a great idea.

  6. Oh so maybe DE methodically nerfs everything that makes games progress faster not because they want me to slow down, but because they take to the heart feedback like this. Really makes me think...

    As for Zephyr and Limbo, try getting a team that can cooperate.

So instead of looking into problems, that taint everything and always overlooked, like "Grind to Grind!" or ridiculous scaling, that makes longer runs in endless missions simply worthless (those "rotations" are whole different story, but who cares? Right?), let's mess with those annoying frames that makes the game less of a drag!

    If I recall correctly, Steve himself said "Draco is not a problem, it's symptom". Well good job treating another one. "This frame is OP, that frame is OP". So what? What is this "balance" you keep bringing up? The point of the game is to get "stuff". You get "stuff" so you can get better "stuff". That's it. Collectathon. And if player, using certain frames and weapons can get "stuff" faster, it's "unbalanced"?

    Maybe I should stop fooling myself into thinking that there's some potential left. This is perfect example of development course the in on: Play more, get bored, play some more, buy what you want.

  8. Once again, this topic is like a fever that hits you harder with every update. I missed some content due to reasons and as now when I decided to catch up.

    Problem number one: a lot of prime parts and blueprints. Why is that a problem? "Vault" is the answer. So many parts, you have "retire" older things to free some space for new stuff. Can be avoided if problem number two is solved.

     

    Problem number two: distribution of those parts. Prime example:

    TOWER I DEFENSE
    Rotation A:
    FORMA BLUEPRINT
     
    Rotation C:
    VASTO PRIME RECEIVER
    ANKYROS PRIME BLUEPRINT
    FORMA BLUEPRINT
    HIKOU PRIME STARS
    RHINO PRIME SYSTEMS BLUEPRINT

     

    And not listed: cores, cells and keys. Basically: Tower 1 Defense mission is worthless, unless you're planning to stick around for a while. Same deal with other mission that has stacking rewards. So you have do the same thing and stay in one mission and hope that you will get "that one thing you're looking for" will drop from bloated late rotation. And even here there's a catch: cycling rotations make it even less desirable to stay for long.  It's somewhat funny to see a forma blueprint after 40 minutes.

    TL; DR: early rotations are unrewarding, late rotations are over-bloated.

     

    What I'm suggesting is first of all do not dismiss earlier rotations. Then make fillers less common. Pack of rare cores is nice, but when after spending 30-40 minutes in a mission.

     

    Now, another suggestion I had in my head for quiet a while now: to each relay add its own void region (tower) that will have not all parts and blueprints, but selected frames and weapons. There are 7 relay and 4 tower tiers, I'm sure you (DE) can distribute void rewards so  it won't be as cluttered as it is now (maybe even bring back so unfairly retired frames and weapons).

     

    To tie it with relays: each relay would have a device, similar to the device that corpus and grineer use. Set up on the outside of relay (a balcony or pier-like platform), person in ceremonial robes/space suit walks to the the device holding a void key, it fires a torsion beam, opening a rift, 4 lisets slip in.

     

    I know this is a well-known problem and it's being worked on, but as of now the bubble of my patience burst.

  9. Is there a bug ? cause i've got only 1 point running the mission on the 2 formorian...

     

    "- Completing the Fomorian Sabotage mode successfully will earn you one Battle Point."

    "- You can earn a maximum of one Battle Point per Fomorian. Repeating the same Fomorian will not generate additional Battle Points. These points will count towards individual rewards."

     

    Apparently there is. I did run both fomorians, but got only battle point only for the one and I got 50k creds battle pay for both. Though, I think there also a fact that server crashed/kicked me when I was extracting and it might be related.

  10. And these nerfs just to extend the "content"? Do you really call this "content"?

    Why all these line-of-sight changes? Write some lore (that's a good one) articles about how powers work. Bring in some physics explanation, best sci-fi is the one the seems possible after all. It worked the one way before, but then suddenly you decided to make a change. Why now? Why not earlier? Right, people beating "content" too fast.

     

    On the side note: Please. Please stop nerfing the strong. Buff the weak instead. What are trying to achieve? Balance? In PvE focused game? There are frame that are not very popular, there frames that are. You dont make something bad look better by making something good worse.

  11. Seems a little off-topic, but "Values And Rewards":

    Im not sure I understand what DE was thinking about when they were setting those "offerings". A forma? Sure, it take a bit of a time, but nothing out of reach.

    Reactors and catalysts? Something that makes a huge deal. Something you dont have lying around. Not a good idea.

     

    And Im not buying "But it's optional!" It's a part of content. And not a small one.

     

    Syndicates want prime parts too? So RNG found a way to get even here.

  12. Instead of adressing to the problem behind afk farm you decided to mess with sentinels. I dont think grinding the same mission over and over again to scrape enough mats for something to craft will make people to buy mats for plat. And dont even start "Resource missions". 300 salvage for 100+ level mobs. Yeah. Thanks.
