  1. Currently, as of the Chains of Harrow Update, Limbo's mechanics of the rift has been quite....mixed up.  While within the rift, hitscan as well as flight based projectiles can harm enemies not within the rift.  However. when banished within the rift with Limbo, hitscan weapons do not work at all so players need to rely on melee or flight based projectiles.  This does not only affect Limbo, but others in his squad as well.

I noticed this during the harrow quest where enemies banished weren't taking damage from my hitscans.  I assumed this was because of their ghostliness.

During the Lephantis sortie, I noticed my squad mates kept demanding cataclysm be taken down; they explained that they were completely unable to scratch the boss, though I could with euphona's primary fire; it wasn't until I tried the alt fire and my primary's standard fire that I saw they were right

  2. Do not under any circumstances use efficiency in your build; if anything you want less efficiency.  Less efficiency means you get more energy back per enemy hit by virulence.  To achieve this, be sure to have a blind rage handy.  Other than the cost for virulence and larva, you won't have to worry about running out of energy too quickly since the other half of his abilities cost stacks.  Try to use parasitic link on allies you will stick close to since this will also increase both power strength as well as overall weapon damage; this will make virulence more effective as it now creates a virulence trail from your ally that converges into your virulence wave.  The boost from parasitic link will also boost your ravenous health regeneration per second while standing in the nest.  Rage is also really good since you can get energy back from being hit.  Armor and vitality of course will add to Ndius' beefiness and survivability.  A prime continuity will also greatly boost the duration of your link and infested nest for well over a minute.  Pretty much, slap as much power strength as you can and if you feel like it, add some range so your virulence extends more and your larva grabs more enemies.

  3. Still waiting on Nidus not benefiting from Maggot Explosions triggered by Virulence for Mutation stacks while playing as a Client and explosion fx not visible for Clients.  In short, only a Nidus that is hosting gets mutation stacks when they explode their maggots with Virulence.
