    Yes it would...but I do have a speed build

    Together they run in tangent with each other meaning more Power Strength does not give you more CC except against armored enemies.

    This is why most Volt's in CC spec will just spam the ability unless they're fighting armored enemies. Even so, it can be unreliable since different enemies have different mitigation and will become free of the CC. Duration affects how long they will remain CC'd but so does the damage cap. It's been designed in a way that it's not really possible to get good CC out of it without just spamming it like hell.

     

    True.. I see bigger damage on shield enemies... Thus Discharge stun duration only last like 2 seconds... But yes armor enemies stay stunned alot longer...

  2. Hi! Can someone please explain to me how Volt's Discharge work?

    I am trying for a maximum range and cc build...

    This build has server me well for like the past few months before the Nidus update... I would able to stun lock enemy across the map, but after after I finally finished putting Forma in Nidus, and try out sorties today... The stun lock only last like 2 seconds?!

    Did volt get nerfed? or is my build messed up.... I am so confused on how volt's Discharge is suppose to work... Like what is the point of power duration at all?!

    There is some clipping issues between Chroma's Effigy and some syandanas... some are worse then others...

    Default (Misa Prime Syandana):

    As you can see around 90% of the Syandana clips into Chroma's Effigy... I would great appreciated if you guys can tweak it so syandana would look great on the Effigy!

    Here is some examples with other Syandana:

    These 2 are not that bad compare to Misa Prime Syandana.

    Another question is are cosmetic shoulder armor not suppose to show on the Effigy? It would be awesome if they stayed on the effigy or the frame. Thank you for reading if you did!

    If you feel bad that means you lost the argument already... also there is no feed back... people always pay more for having them brand new and early...

    If you TRULY FEEL that you are screwed over then... just don't buy prime access and just wait for prime vault..

  5. They should change the visuals of the cloud(for colorblind people)... but i don't agree with the mini map marker.. Because it suppose to be a form of challenge.. by having a mini map marker it kind of kills the point and make things too easy. Besides the siphon need to absorb 8 times before you fail the mission... unless everyone is deaf or colorblind on the team...then i am sorry.. also the mission is still very buggy.

  6. Yeah especially because we have a cap on how many riven mods we can have. There should be a better way to rid of them instead of turning them to endo or credit. Since it did take many 2k endos to obtain them :*(

     

  7. DE! I just got 2 Buzlok Riven and 2 Laser Rifle in the past 4 riven i have gotten! It would be nice to have a transmute system for the Riven mods so we can sac the old ones for a randomize new one!

  8. Wellp~ I don't need extra frames or weapons that serves no purpose what so ever! Can't even trade them for ducats! So I will be saving money this holidays.

    DE should incorporate a way for us to use extra frames... maybe extra frame/weapons can be fused? That would give extra polarity? Extra compacity? Extra stats? -shrug-

    That rework would also make it faster no? That would be cool I guess. I kinda like how he vanishes and reappears all around though. But being faster would also mean the skill would balance out its use. No point in you marking enemies and friendlies taking them out all the time as well, so that could fix that. I'd be cool with it either way I think. I haven't gone to very late game yet with the skill yet though, so I'm still wondering how effective it would be there.

    Yeah I tried running life steal as well, but I don't want to be lock into invisibility duration build, because that will be same as playing loki! Anyway he still gets one shotted at high level and no I am using Ash Prime... his base Armor is only 150... I say bump it to 200 at least.

  10. The rework is nice and all, but they should buff his survivability... increase his base armor PLEASE! Getting one shotted when I am in sortie and T4 survival is not FUN! Also for BladeStorm I think they should send ash in on the initial target and clones on the rest so we won't lose that dynamic effect while stay lock in animation.

    RNjesus BIS riven on SomaP, Synapse outclass the paper dps of Tigris prime.  but ammo economy is an issue at "high endgame" 300+

    Gas lanka already blows TigrisP away and I have seen some nice rivens for that, 100% multi 100% status duration! lets get those 300,000 toxin ticks going!

    Down at sortie level, Esp in pugs TigrisP is going to be hard to beat because of the armor stripping status and the ability to instantly turn off problem enemies!

     

     

    @Heckzu when you need to kill more than 3 targets before using an ammo pad!       If you want a giggle all the mag/clip boosting and ROF mods on twin grakata and hose your ENTIRE ammo away in under 5 seconds :) 

    Sadly Lanka are Corpus Sniper Rifle XD... So I guess rifle is just bad in sortie...
