Maybe you can tell which streamers, when you were trying to watch them, what's your time zone etc. so it's easier to find the problem. Everything else is too vague to find an solve it.

I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with that. I know, it's pretty frustrating especially if you want a specific drop. Are you sure you converted to the right time zone? I got all the drops from previous events and every creator. Sometimes - for example at UreiFen stream - the drop didn't work immediately but in his case, it got fixed after a short time. Thanks to DE for this. <3 Also you sometimes need to reload the stream to start the drop progression.

Do you use BetterTTV? It has the auto-claim option and I really love everything about it. <3 At least that's a possible fix for the forgetting part. :3
