Just imagine the amount of "respect-my-time" complains after a wipe in mission 3. Remember, those host-migrations still exists; sometimes it's not your fault if a mission failed. For me it is OK to have some reward for the first missions. It doesn't hurt. -c0y

EDA is meant to be difficult as this is DE's version of an end-game. The choices you got are not that bad and absolutely doable. You might need to prepare some weapons over the week. Spend some forma and time. But it is doable. I also recommend to hire a team in recruit chat, that fits to your choices. -c0y

Noctua is not useless imo. Most players rely on 334 only, so they subsume some additional damage to the 1. I like the idea of a sorcerer spelling from the book, so my build is to support this more. Max STR, with augment Cascadia flare on the secondary (the noctua counts as secondary, so it works there too) Wyrm to give fire rate bonus and 2xtauforged yellows for cast speed. Noctua build for heat status and the pistol damage aura to push it a bit. This setup is good enough to kill SP enemies without using the 3 once. But this is me, I am weird :) -c0y

Why I like this mode: It challenges me to actually prepare for a run Playing against lvl400 in elite mode feels more fair - my gear considered It reduces the rather boring Netracell runs to 3 The rewards are good for the time spent (even if we fail) It is optional, you don't miss any exclusive loot if you don't run it I already liked the Duviri RNG for SP circuit (I might be the only one, though) It's a weekly, it keeps me playing the game as I have all gear already -c0y

I agree; this kind of difficulty level is what I wanted for the final fight. This 'elite' missions supposed to be very difficult. Everything else in the game is too easy anyway The fight was tough and these little energy sucking thingies are annoying af. I ran out of ammo for both weapons and almost no energy the whole time. We went as a group of 3, but didn't manage to kill the boss in the end. But this was OK! Even though we failed, we got 4 of the rewards already, so it was worth the 2tokens. Today we'll go with a different setup. Plan better. Play better. Go with 4players. I find it refreshing -c0y

Because the Noctua exalted is treated as a secondary, I use this for +105% fire rate: Wyrm prime with 1200+ shield including Reinforced_Bond Furax wraith including Amalgam Furax Body Count -c0y

Niche fluff? Oh boy, these are way more than that. If you do some research, you'll see what they do. There are a lot of warframes that benefit extremely from those. You can turn any warframe with 2green shards for +2stacks and a corrosive status weapon into an 100% armor strip monster. You no longer need abilities or Unairu-operator for that and focus your setup differently. Or 4-5 purple melee shards on any melee warframe... try Kullervo or Valkyr I agree these shards need some equipment level and maxed mods to perform, but they are anything but 'niche' -c0y

DE could fix it, if they simply exchange the 6 unwanted arcanes with the 6 new shards. Easy, quick and no one would complain anymore. They could even cancel the 'new way' to get the rare arcanes. -c0y

I would be happy if I could delete/sell Excalibur Umbra, but it is not possible. Maybe this can be fixed, too? -c0y

You also miss the founder warframe Excalibur prime and his weapons with 12k all together. But you can reach LR4 without that, since Gauss Prime is out. -c0y

Mod your K-Drive for speed and usability and you will be able to succeed. This might take 4-5 Forma, though. -c0y

Maybe this is the worst RNG I ever heard from this game, or you do it differently than me. With a 3-4ppl group, the skirmish missions on Saturn take 3-5 minutes for the possibility of 6 holo keys. Yes, 3minutes is possible - 1pilot, 1 in the crew-ship-kill-seat and 1(or 2) flying around and do the tasks on the ships/stations. Lets say 5 minutes with breaks, so you can do 10 runs/hour. 6hours = 60runs with no drop - that's possible, but very unlikely. Give it a try, build a group in recruiting channel and set the roles beforehand. You can even do it with a group of 2, but that way it took us ~8minutes per try. -c0y

I recommend 4 blue shards with each +150armor and 1 yellow shard with +25% casting speed. This helps her to survive in higher level SP -c0y

I disagree, that mission was fun! Great to play without any stuff in the dark and to figure out what to do, especially WITHOUT any quest marker. Seems, we both define "fun" differently. -c0y

Every time I check my profile and lookup the usage of my warframes, I wish there would be an additional checkbox option named "[x] combine prime versions" With this option, all items + their primes become accumulated in the numbers. So that my "Ember 5.1% usage, 10k kills" and "Ember Prime 2.3% usage, 5k kills" become "Ember+Prime 7.4%, 15k kills" PS: As a bonus also add "[x] combine Kuva/Tenet versions) -c0y

Don't bother with steel path; do all the quests first. Because you finished the map, you did the archwing quest already. So I recommend to continue with the main storyline quests (If not done already) and get some nice warframes Stolen Dreams The New Strange (Chroma warframe iirc) Natah The Second Dream (Focus school activation) Octavia's Anthem (Octativa warframe) The Silver Grove (Titania warframe) -c0y
