  4. HappyPrime started following Tyl Regor seemingly immune to most status Procs and Garuda Prime Talons not able to use set bonuses

    Many status procs seem to never occur on Tyl Regor at all - not just for a reduced duration like other bosses, not at all. Corrosive, Electric and Heat procs seem to occur just fine, but Slash, Puncture, Impact, Viral, Magnetic, Gas and Toxin seems to just not occur at all.
