Nice so you have some kind of psychic power to see things that you couldn't because you werent there? Frost even lost some points because he was rushing at first, later we go  2and 2 and later was imposible for me heal all the excavators (because yes, in arbitration frost buble sometimes doesnt work at all, as all warframe abilities because the arbitration osprey), so we went together until the end when I wasnt able to heal anyone but the excavator itself. That's why I survived while the rest couldnt, I was the only healer. I don't care of "the rage of the community" if they are people like you, what you are going to do, writting on me on caps locks trying to indimidate me or full my comments with "haha" reacts? Trying to insult me like a child? I'll keep playing as operator as much as I want and you can't do anything about it. Rage what you want.

    2 Khora + 1 Frost
But ... did you make the defense alone? OK....
The prints clearly show that they carried you. Why are you bragging? You're just embarrassing, lol.
    Be less arrogant.

  2. Some considerations:

    • With old void system we had 4 tower levels and a total of 21 different keys.
    • The new void system has 4 Eras and a total of 24 active relics per Prime Access.
    • We have less mission nodes nodes (DE removed about 40 nodes if I'm not wrong)
    • With the old key system, the lowest drop chance for rare items was about 5%.
    • Now, an intact relic has 2% for rare, and 10% for an radiant, which requires more grind to farm void traces.
    • The new system fixes (sort of) problems related to key sharing (It will require everyone to equip a relic, more grinding farming relics).

What does that mean? More "Keys", less places to farm, lower drop chances = Less chances to farm that relic and item you are aiming for, less fun and more time farming relics.

    • With old system, there was a "challenge" factor: We had to upgrade our gear, mod it properly, in other words: We had to progress in game.
    •  we had to be "Bad Asses" in order to optimize the farming and complete harder towers easily and being able to stay longer on endless missions.
    •  There wasn't any advantage staying  20,40, 60, 80 minutes/waves on a survival, interception, defense (even if were stronger and capable of staying longer, we would still have the same drop chance from the some rotation, what was a pain in the &#!), but save time and keys reapplying for the mission.
    • With new void system, people prioritize faster fissure missions, like capture and exterminate missions and being stronger in game doesn't bring any real advantage.

IMO the old void system problem wasn't staying a longer time on the same map, but the fact that drop chance didn't increase over time/difficulty. At least there was the challenge, which motivated us to keep playing and progressing in game. I prefer spending time on a endless mission that increases drop chance for rare item over time than spending the same amount of time farming the same relic again.

I'm sure DE will make changes to the actual void system, there is a lot of complains about it. I keep thinking recently changes in game demotivates player progression in game, which should be the main way for capitalization. I know it isn't easy to keep players and and attract new players, but at least there was more players online in the old days.

  3. With Fusion 2.0, would be nice if we had an option to mark unranked duplicated mods permanently (keeps marked even after logging out), so we would just need to click over a button to convert marked mods into endo. It would help players like me who gets a tons of serrations, vitality, Vacuum... We would be able to mark those mods via MODS segment, and whenever we want, convert them to Endo. Auto selecting duplicates mods as it works right now isn't usefull, because it will select rare and event duplicated mods.

Can you please submit a support ticket with a copy of your EE.log so we can take a look at what is happening in the engine during these framerate drops? Info on how to find your EE.log can be found here.

Also, for the EE.log file you send us, could you type something in chat around the time you experience these FPS drops? Typing something simple like "slowperf" could help us track down when exactly the issue is occurring.

    Thanks.

I'm facing a similar problem with my GTX 660m. I was able to run at solid 60fps before the update. Now I'm having a lot of drops. fps drops to 40 while waiting on portal room on Void Sabotage mission and a lot of micro sttutering. I didn't update any driver since before the update.

Ahh, thank you IceCold & -GV--Mazzuco

So I'm assuming that, the Int-Heals of Shields & HP, have a range now?, so its not just press and you heal your team fully to max?, regardless of where they are?, Damm, Im really disappointed in this change. I really am, I love Trin Prime, shes my 2nd Main (or will be when I build her up).

But this?, I'm very scared what they will do to my Ash Prime, Main, this is worrisome.

Also, chuold someone explain to me, what this Affinity range is?, is it Affinity based on your MR?, or your frames rank?, What?

For the Damage Reduction, didn't blessing give warframes a few secs of Invertibility?, this is a quite big of a nerf too.

Edit: Well, this is just terrible!, what is going on?

Good god, this is going to really damage DE and Warframe

You gain experience basically by 2 ways, by killing by yourself and from allie's kills. Shared experience works up to 50m. Archwing missions have a large range.

  6. 1 hour ago, GreyEnneract said:

Even if the range does scale with mods, 50 base range is absolutely gigantic.

Honestly, what is wrong with you.

From infinite range to 50m it's a big reduction. 50m seems good, unless you are playing Jordas Trial kicking spores, or running to another room in order to activate an air support...

Chuold someone explain this "Trin nerf" to me please, I don't understand whats been nerfed.

Bless wasn't related to distance, now you will need* to use range mods instead of duration. You will have a bless that will last less, will only work on allies inside range and the damage reduction will take into account the average health of players, not the lowest one. So you will hardly get 99% bless again.

    * Not confirmed, maybe will be no way to increase the 50m range.

A lot of this post is true, however-

It's not like every enemy in sorties will just kill you. Actually using defensive mods makes a big difference and modding your weapons correctly to make sure they are effective against the enemy type in that mission is very important. Sure there are some enemy types or sortie conditions where there is not a lot the players can do, but - and this is very important- it's not like the balancing doesn't work at all even at that level. Level 80-100 is where the armor scaling becomes a big problem and where the defensive options fall apart, but small changes to the system have a huge impact. So it's not like the cheesy tactics are actually needed.

Players are right to use whatever tactic is the best way to beat the mission. They will however not stop using those cheesy tactics, when they aren't needed. Blinding the whole T4 interception map on mirage is absolutly not needed, but players still do it, because it's an easy way to complete that mission.

He probably had a bad experience with sorties, it’s no longer that hard.

The worst problem in my opinion, is that developers continue creating content to be played by both new and old players. Of course I will blind the enemies from round 1 in T4 interception. If I want to keep playing after round 15, this is one of the few tactics that will still work, and I would still have a big chance to die and fail the mission.

So, DE expect me to use only weapons in the early rounds and start using these tactics only when strictly necessary? Why not create a T5 (harder) interception mission, where the use of these tactics would be necessary from the early beginning, where I would receive rewards restricted to high mastery players, so I would not bother others by using these “OP” tactics along lower mastery players on missions they can play by themselves.

While DE keep wishing that both new and old players keep killing the same enemies, doing the same missions and receiving the same rewards, we can expect these nerfs all the way. Every game based on level progression system, if I’m a high level, and use a skill, even the weakest one, at a weaker enemy, of course he will die.

I think it's the same thought as @Arkvold.

Boy am I disappointed,  no not in DE in all you salty players.  Maybe the majority of this forum needs to take a break and go outside.  Who cares if items repeat,  there are people joining new all the time, if items never repeated they would never get them.  Let DE figure out where they are going after the next major update.  No need to whine and complain over every single thing that is done, yall just sound like ungrateful brats.

A new player would have all the game content yet to discover, a new player had the opportunity to buy very good primed mods with last Baro (Which I didn't complain, there was no much more to bring). I thought sorties was supposed to bring back old stuff, not to bring for for the third time the same weapon. There are few things that keep a veteran playing, and Sorties should be one. I have completed the sortie for the firsts 35-45 days, playing it only for core farm became boring and meaningless. If there wasn't other options like Baro, I would understand, but there is, just like Latron Wraith which is almost 1 year out the game.

warframe.market isn't known by everyone, which is probably why this thread exists. And I was not talking about Vauban Prime. I was talking about Burston, Braton, (Ak)Bronco, and all those "useless" unpopular primes that nobody buys. Even stuff like Lex Prime or previously Paris Prime, which are popular but still very common and easy to acquire. Nobody would play to get those, they'll just buy them for 10p at most. Your Vauban however would be bought by those mean monopolizers and sold for higher, if you're selling it for cheap. Go on, look at warframe.market and tell me it's not happening already.

I know it isn't known by everyone, but considering that some months ago there were at max 300 players online at the same time, It's not wrong to assume that an Auction House wouldn't behave similiar to it. I only used Vauban Prime Parts as a example for hard drops.

All those "useless" unpopular primes would cost near to 1p because it's already the price right now, if you type WTB junk prime at trade chat it's almost for sure you will receive one. 90% of all Lex Prime Set offers (902 offers) are between 19-23p and if you wanna consider only online players (116 offers), almost 90% are between 13-21p. I, personally, wouldn't pay for this even I was a new players (and I didn't), I would save plat for parts hard to get or stuff removed from the game. I remember buying Frost P, Dakra P...

I just sold one Vauban Chassis for 200p so I could buy Systems for 180p, all via trade chat since warframe.market prices were higher (due demand). If you can afford a higher Price, better for DE, since the only way to "create" platinum is buying it from them, and that's what keep the game online for us and F2P.

What about mods? What about arcanes? What about syndicate or even PRISMA weapons from Baro himself? What about prime sets like Braton?(I wouldn't bring myself to sell a prime set for ducats, even if it's not that hard to get.)

Sorry, I didn't get your point here. Mods and Arcanes? I didn't buy an extra Primed Flow this time because it would be very hard to sell at this point.

Wouldn't you sell a set for ducats? So, you refuse to sell a Burston Prime Set which is about 14p worth and grants 80 ducats, resulting in a 5.71 ducat/plat but you would exchange a Nyx Prime BP (5.56 ducat/plat) for ducats? Well, it's up to you, I only want say that some stuff are really easy to get and may not be worth selling even if you have the whole set.

The only possible way to not destroying the in-game economy while implementing the auction house, is probably making it refresh every 30 minutes or so, to keep offline offers from it, and give every player a limited amount of things to sell, so as not to flood the list with countless serrations for example.
But this idea would instead destroy the actual gameplay. People would just sit there scanning the list, looking for the "best deals", the best items to sell and their prices.

I see your point here with the 30 minutes refresh idea, but after analyzing prices at market I think it would only help for stuff removed from the game, since obtainable content's price tends to drop in over time. Weekly refresh would fit better in my opinion.

  11. 6 hours ago, TheScytale said:

The reason why is because when you buy an item once, it's yours for life. You only need 1 copy of each warframe, mod, or weapon. That means whenever you get a duplicate of those, the only way to get rid of them is trade. Which leads to ALL the duplicates of the playerbase being dumped in that one huge list. That will inevitably create a chain of lowered prices, one player after the other, until the prices sink to 1p. If you played Diablo 3, you'd know what it means. If not, the same thing I described happened in there when they introduced this board, with the easy-medium items sinking to minimal price, and hard items skyrocketting  (vultures buying the cheapest item and selling it for more), creating an abysmal price gap that leads to even more farming for plat than before if you desired that good item. It's not just a prediction, it happened.

There's also another factor: It's a free market. It means the items don't have any set price whatsoever. Take Argon Scope as an example. In the period between the end of Shadow Debt and the release of Dex Sybaris, the demand for it was so low that I considered myself lucky to sell it for 150p. Now it's 350p. Imagine someone being busy IRL with their mod on sale for 90p, and vultures buying it and selling it for 350p. Shifting prices and bulletin board don't make a good match.

Crashing the market doesn't mean stop trading, it's the chaos I described earlier in this post.
I've always advised newbies that offered a lot of plat for a cheap item to offer less, and sometimes even gave it to them. You probably ran into some scammers, like everyone has, but don't generalize it to everyone. Not all traders are vultures.
Lower prices and "more efficiency" means that a meager amount of plat would be enough to buy everything you'll need. It means that the market (in-game market, not trading between players) will be the only plat sink, making the people who buy plat only buy it periodically for new deluxe skins and cosmetics. Which in turn, means less money for DE.

I would agree with you if it wasn't for warframe.market being online for a while and having 2500 players online right now. I'm wouldn't sell my vauban Chassis or system for 1p even I was crazy. Why? because it took me 8 fuc**** hours of my life to get it. And even if it was easy to acquire (like we haven't the junk prime already...) or if you are luck enough to get at the first run, there is also the Prime Sink (Baro Ki'Teer), or why do you think DE created him at first place?

I mean, there are many ways to avoid this huge price's depreciation you told, like simple by increasing ducats price for Baro's items (and bringing NEW and USEFULL things). I have bought more than 20000 plat from DE already, and I refused to use Trade Chat whenever as possible, except when I was looking for Chorus Arcane Helmet and all offers on warframe.market were too expensive. (contradicting what you said).

I didn't play Diablo for PC, but I did play games with an Auction House system (similarly, one game had a trade chat just like WF before implementing it) and were few offers outside the regular price. You know what game it was? TIBIA, a 2D game almost 20 years OLD!

The Lato Vandal is the Vandal version of the Lato, distributed to the closed beta testers upon the transition to open beta as a special reward.

The Braton Vandal is the Vandal version of the Braton, sold as a special edition in the Market between February 15, 2013 to February 19, 2013, in celebration of the Open Beta Weekend.

Basically the Lato was to reward people who played during the closed beta and the Braton was rewarded to players who played during the offical launch of open beta

So they were told it was a special reward, not a exclusive if it's the case. Founder's Pack has a legal agreement, which I understand why Excal Prime can't be released.
