As title states, I did.
Most of the people approaching a free-to-play game do as such because, obviously, it's free. Taking a look back, I was one of them. I didn't want to spend any money on every game that was free.
I signed up to this game even back when it was in Closed Beta just hoping to get a taste of this tasty ninjawith@(*()$gunsgame. Useless to say I didn't get a key.
But after the game got Opened to everyone I tried it and thought: "Man this game is no free to play material! It's too good to be so!". So I broke my taboo because this game deserve it's share of money.
It's a fine game. The first who gives you the opportunity to play a fine game even soloing.
Do you guys agree? Should we all make this "sacrifice" (c'mon 50 € was the price of AC3 and we all know how it felt to see our money down the toilet)? Isn't this a way to help improving the game?
In the end I hope not to regret this choice. Hope DE will remember all the fans that stood up to help WF.

But doesn't all the bosses get the stats based on the ammount of players in the session? When I soloed Phorid the first time it was something like 50. Back with four dudes it was 60-ish and shooting some yellow spikes. It's still easy, but at least the bosses have more health and shields if more player are in a game. Still, aside from Lech Kril (as stated above), bosses are just minions on steroids.
But we can all agree that boss-fights are easy if you get there prepared in certain ways. For example: You wouldn't challenge Hyena without the proper rifle or frame; think about going with Banshee 15, without proper modding and with a Paris (btw good luck).
Let's just hope these future updates will bring the opportunity of challenging ourselves with more brutal bosses like Uncle Hek.

I haven't played Dark Sector but it has peaked my interest. But ever since I have looked into Dark Sector I've gotten a thought stuck in my head. Someone asked if Hayden would ever make an appearence in Warframe. This put the idea that maybe he already has appeared in Warframe? Maybe he is that sneaky??? If he was the first tenno how would he feel about the Lotus? I can't shake the feeling that he is the person trying to thwart her plans and kill her warriors.

I, personally, would say yes to Hayden Tenno being the first of the "Tenno". I kinda think it to be something where Hayden Tenno somehow survives a very long time, into the "Orokin Era". And in that period he formed a clan of master warriors, who became what we, the players are today. This is my opinion on the origins, and they are likely to be very different to most others, but maybe similar to some others.
Very much this. Warframe is the spiritual successor (and in the same universe as) Dark Sector. While "Tenno" now is more of a species or a race, Hayden Tenno in Dark Sector was the inspiration for many of the parts that made Warframe what it is. Compare Excalibur (the "poster boy" 'frame) to Hayden's suit.
I also thought of this. Made me think how much does it hurts to know we lost Earth. Tenno's homeplanet lost to those Grineers. I hope sooner or later we could have some kind of storyline-related missions.

Upon reading that DE's Steve Sinclair was the head of Dark Sector project, wich I played a little back in 2009, I kept on asking myself one thing: are the two games connected by storyline?
I haven't played the whole game but I can remember three things:
1) Hayden TENNO
2) The Glaive
3) The technocyte (wich is also present in WF in the Nano Spores description "Fibrous technocyte tumor. Handle Infested tissue with caution")
Furthermore, on the Wikipedia page of Dark Sector the ending phrase states:
"That was how it started, the irony of this disease. That in all the others, it made evil; but for him [Hayden], it had saved his soul." Yargo Mensik
Does the Orokin Era begin with him? Are we Tenno because of him? Are this just references in order to tickle our minds but indeed they're just "Easter Eggs"?

Yes, this is true, but if you have a weapon that does high damage in one shot, such as the hek, you can take off the last 15% or so all at once. By doing this the game doesnt trigger him to disappear at 10% or lower because you killed him before that. Ive seen it done before and have done it before myself, although that was before he started dropping anything due to one of the updates.
Does he really drop?

Isn't it impossible to actually KILL the stalker? The wiki says, he sits down when he is at about 10% health, becomes invulnerable and vanishes.
I know. My point is: shouldn't we be able to actually kill him? Or, at least, receive some kind of reward for defeating him?

Hi guys,
I was wondering: "Why does DAT STALKER always pay me two visits a day?". Aside for my chilidsh rants, the problem is that *sometimes* (defined as the luckiest case scenario, that happens 1% of the times) I get rid of him.
The fact is, after I beat him up, that my friendly foe kneel down and vanish in is own farts (some of them are REALLY smokey).
Now. I beg your pardon my friends, but don't you think that m*****f***er should drop something? I mean: beating him up is something that does not happen by accident. Don't we deserve something for accomplishing such a hard task?
Sorry for not being quick, but I had to write some stupid things for FUN.

Seriously? Youre going to just lump all the Rhino players in one group?
I hate feeling like because other people are raging that i have to be treated a a villain here. I played it--Rhino cannot tank. He. Cant. Tank. Not at maxed stats with maxed mods, anyway. I just dont think its too much to ask to give this nerf another review because this doesnt work for Rhino, and he cant do his job if his one good power does little for him...
Probably true. Rhino's a slower Excalibur. It's shields are pratically the same as everyone. A tank should have lots of defense (not immunity from damage).

Aside from the nerf everything seems a little forced. Rhinohad to be powered down. The cost and how to get Vauban is just silly. Good thing I have some other frames to catch

Hi guys,
one thing I didn't understand during the Fusion MOAs was how many did I kill of them. Since I played in Private with my brother or in Solo Mode I couldn't help by asking if those kills were legit. Is the leaderboard based solely on public games or not?

Hi guys, sorry for bothering you.
It's been two days since I started playing Warframe and I find it very good and fun to play. One thing I just don't get it's how levels work. How can I improve my actual level in order to purchase that Rhino suit.

I bought plats before doing this "crazy" purchase. I buy only slots (and when in need potatoes). So I think 1200 plat will last a loooooong time. I needed them because WF is like Pokémon: GOTTA CATCH 'EM ALL!
