  1. Who the F*** is holding the camera then?

everything our warframes see is through a digital hud. therefore it should have the ability to zoom/change to thermal/ etc.

but those options don't mesh with the gameplay so they aren't implemented. just like there is no damn reason to give your warframe a dance command -.-

  2. Which is why we need varying maps, suiting different kinds of weapons. Cause otherwise, there is no point to getting a sniper. Other than getting 1 or 2 kills while everything else swarms you. People use it like a shotgun, which makes no sense imo, get an actual shotgun lool I really want to use a sniper, but on these maps other weapons are better :P

there are a few maps where its applicable but to make maps with huge open areas to accomodate sniping would be no fun for people not sniping because it would slow down the pace and mob concentration. it's just not practical for this game because 9/10 people are using cqc play style.

You can clearly see the scopes on them.

scope or not it would be silly for our warframes not to have the ability to zoom in by itself. advanced camera tech is how we see...modern cameras zoom in so warframe tech would be insanely better if you want to go in depth about it.

  3. The problem is not that's its only a cosmetic option, but it's inferior to current options already available. If one already has the saturated colors, the R/W/B offers pure white. and smoke would be a much better option. If you don't have saturated, you're still much better off getting saturated.

Its a joke set. but priced like a real set. And people just starting the game might actually think the R/W/B set is actually special due to market promotions.

agreed on it being more worthless than the rest however it's still up to DE to set prices and put it in the market. if someone purchases it without looking at other sets then i really don't know what to tell them.

i agree with a lot of peoples points about it other than people complaining about the price like DE is forcing them to pay it.

  4. Yes, let's accept things in the marketplace for 5 dollars that have little to no value, so they can be validated in shoveling MORE uninspired crap. So then we're just looking in a market full of useless crap.

This is our generation today. Look the other way, don't speak out..

all color palettes have little to no value..they are 100% COSMETIC OPTIONS

if you don't want it then don't buy it. if you do want it and are complaing its too expensive....i do believe there is an old saying about cake you may want to google.

  5. yea but the statistical chance increase exponentially with each roll 4 grokks in a row is insane not to mention the number of doubles n tripples we have been getting is statistically unlikely and rather improbable

but it does make sense to nerf the amount of alerts for events as to pursuade people to not only do the event but pay into it

it's still possible though. in a rng system its possible for the same thing to happen any number of times in a row or to happy hardly ever.

all DE can do is change the odds in favor of certain things in the RNG system. like if its an RNG 1-100 and 10/100 are for pistol scavenger then its clearly got a better chance.

if DE hasn't went back and redid the odds since implementing all of this new stuff to even out the chances then yes its going to be lopsided and have some things more common than others...however to say that stuff has been completely removed and impossible to get from an alert is just a wild guess.

  6. Sad thing is that this "random" system throws multiples of the same item over and over yet it won't "randomly" give taters.

Edit: I mean giving the same item consecutively or a relatively close time span.

looking for patterns in a random generator is about a fruitful and looking for patterns in calm water.

there is always the chance of tampering but once it has the word "random" involved you can't call foul without inside information.

  7. considering alerts generally last ~30 minutes i don't think its reasonable to try to account for time zones differences in the current system.

    random number generator

odds of it being a ? reward alert

odds of that ? being useful for the individual

odds of the individual being on in that short time window

odds of that individual even having the ability to be on in that short time window

you can't win in a random number generator system that is running 24 hours a day with tons of different possible outcomes.
