    I want you to keep in mind that, unlike Saryn and Garuda, Oberon seems to be designed as a bit of a jack of all traits master of none kind of deal. He offers healing, crowd control and a small amount of damages, as oppose to Saryn who is designed as a damage dealer. It might be more effective to replace Smite with a new ability all together then try to make it something it isn't supposed to be. 

    Very fair points but the whole jack of all trades thing cant realistically fly any more given how alot of frames without any mods on can pretty much do the same roles as oberon but better, most obvious example is Grendel, he can cc enemies, heal himself and buff alies, can deal damage, and tank almost as well as inaros. Another suspect of this is nidus, can do all 4 extremely well so if oberon is the jack of all trades then those 2 would be the kings which as an oberon user seems pretty unfair and unjust. While Oberon does have a big armour buff and constant arcane grace effect thats pretty much all he has going for him (great healing) but when other frames can do that with some other role being given to them as well such as rhino getting 3 of the 4 in his ability kit, good damage buff, great tanking, and hard cc in the form of stomp. Point being with more and more frames being able to do some if not all of what Oberon does but better is kinda unfair, I personally feel that most of the concept i put up with the purpose of giving oberon a form of dps would bring him up to the tiers the previously mentioned frames would be at. 

  2. Now i did post an idea for novas anti matter drop a long time ago and while i did not post any other ideas after i was still bouncing around random ideas for warframe ability tweaks and the one im about to talk about stuck out to me in regards to Oberon.

    When it comes to Oberon's base smite ability its damage is a bit shall we say "meh" but from my POV i see the idea for Oberon's smite being more "incomplete" more than being a complete ability thats actual garbage. This concept is just a random idea i thought of so its very likely full of holes in areas so if you readers like the idea and want to add to it without making Oberon's smite essentially what Saryn was like around the time ESO released and we all know that damage scaling was RIDICULOUSLY op and got nerfed in the blink of an eye essentially, anyways onto the idea: (sorry for the long intro to this but i feel it was needed but i might be wrong)

    With smite as we have it now i feel whats already there should stay BUT but but but.... hear me out, instead of changing the ability outright why not add some things to it to give damage scaling? I propose that the initial hit for smite should stay the same where it takes a percentage of the enemies max health BUT if the resulting projectiles hit an enemy instead of instantly disappearing like they do now, the projectiles instead get to continue on to see out other targets with a damage multiplier attached.

    For the sake of argument lets say if the projectile did say 1000 radiation damage on enemy hit, it would get (again for the sake of argument its a random value and can easily be changed) say a 1.5x damage multiplier for that hit meaning the next will do 1500 radiation damage and scale exponentially depending on how many enemies it hits, what i mean by that is lets say after the projectile hits another enemy with the first 1.5x multiplier that becomes the projectiles new base damage and get the same multiplier again while allowing it to continue on again.

    Why per enemies hit you may ask? i think that the projectiles should be a duration based effect where the projectiles have a small duration to hit another enemy like 5 seconds, and when that timer expires the projectile disappears unless it hits another enemy and in that case the timer would refresh but in the event it doesn't you would have to recast Oberon's smite in order to get more projectiles out.

    If you read all the way to here thanks for reading, I really like most of Oberon's kit but i personally am a bit "disappointed" at Smite given that various other warframes have really good scaling first abilities such as the aforementioned saryn, garuda, ivara, grendel and so on and so forth. Giving oberon tweaks like this wouldnt be so far out of left field given this situation but again theres room for changes to initial concept but i feel its a really good idea so feel free to give feedback.

    Also for any devs reading this please consider this (especially pablo, you did great with wukong, surely theres something here you can work with we can even talk about it over PMs maybe idk) surely there is some potential here to make Smite better than what it currently is.

    Not really holding my breath there after all the day this would get seen by a dev let alone get reviewed on something like a dev stream or prime time is the day i put 100 forma on both my grendel and oberon prime.

Just a quick message, there are rewards planned, ive been accumulating multiple prime sets (glaive, galatine, tigris and frost to name a few) also asked [DE]Rebecca if she or any DE staff would like to be judges, im also trying to get a hold of the creator of bendy and the ink machine to see if he would like to judge as well. Who knows maybe DE will throw in some prizes but lets face it i doubt thatll happen but we'll just have to wait till rebecca replies to my message if ever.

Ok this is something i randomly came up with out of thin air but i believe this would be a fun thing to do so i wanted to hear the communities thoughts on this, Recently i Have been playing Bendy and the Ink Machine and it made me wonder how cool it would be to see the game re-enacted on warframe? The initial plan as of this post is to do a contest to see who can do the best re-enactment of the game with some rules applying, wont go into detail as nothing is set in stone yet but i will say for those who haven't played the game but want to, what i have in mind in a future post for this idea if things go smoothly will spoil the game for you so spoiler warning in the future.

    One thing I will say about the contest if it goes through is that entries will be judged on 2 things, one being how close to how the protagonist of Bendy and the ink machine has to go through the game people can get to and the creepy factor since Bendy and the Ink Machine at its core is a horror game.

    At this point this is just an idea so when leaving feedback on the idea please be constructive as this can be a great contest if things go smoothly. There will be a future post (most probably a week exactly from now) giving the full details of the contest if everything is set in stone and good to go. :satisfied:

Ive been using the decorate mode to remodel my dojo since when i made it it was just a "half-assed" job, but thats not what im here to talk about, what im here to talk about is the behaviour of the game when trying to move decorations around, as a perfectionist i tend to not like it when things aren't in the right place, "what do you mean?" you might ask well whenever i say try to move the new corpus and grineer catwalk staircases, the camera snaps to a corner of the decoration instead of staying where i actually click on the decoration. Normally this would be fine but as i said earlier im a bit of a perfectionist and when i try to move something and this behaviour happens, it causes what is known as "parallax error". For those who don't know, parallax error occurs when you dont look at an object or substance at eye-level so say for example youre looking at a dojo decoration with your camera looking at the object at an angle, the object will appear higher or lower than where you want to place it based on if youre looking slightly up or down at the decoration. My request DE is if you can change this behaviour so that way parallax error can be easily avoided then i would appreciate it.

  6. Sorry for making this a very big post so bear with me on this one

    Ever since the Specters of The Rail update launched there has been no reason to go to the void except for argon crystal farming and mod hunting from the speed run rooms or the sabotage caches when it comes to the Bullet Dance stance for gunblades unless there happens to be a fissure there, now before you viewers go thinking its me just saying give the void keys back NO that is not my intent. Even before the Specters of the Rail update launched there has been literally no reason to go to the derelict mission types that aren't defense or survival cause of the prime parts that existed on those mission types before void relics were introduced.

    To this day that is still the case cause outside of defense and survival which have a VERY decent amount of relics in its drop tables and assassinate for the nekros parts and some exclusive mods there (equilibrium), there is literally no reason to do the other mission types, mobile defense, exterminate, sabotage, and capture. Sure there's vault runs but from a veterans standpoint we have all the corrupted mods by now and maybe some additional copies of desired mods but Vault runs alone wont make the derelict exciting to visit. An interesting thought came to mind for me is since the trials are being "temporarily" removed (which im very sad about cause im a veteran in the warframe raid school bus discord server and enjoy raiding), I had a look at the drop tables for the orokin derelict sabotage and the only thing listed that could be of ANY interest was the mutalist alad V nav coordinate so my final request is can we potentially see some of the following appear in the drop tables of the other mission types.

    -void relics

    -make bullet dance available from both void and derelict sabotages

    -since the caches (this one is specifically sabotage) drop rare resources can we see an increase to their drop rates OR their amounts e.g the derelict sabotage could drop 5 argon crystals instead of 2 at max.

    -IF and dare i say IF when excalibur umbra gets released with the sacrifice quest and he has parts to farm as well, can we see those added to the orokin derelict drop tables as well (primarily sabotage and defense as the survival has octavia's neuroptics).

    - Since the derelict is infested, can we maybe see mutagen masses added to the drop tables for all of the mission types in the derelict cause outside of invasions the only way to get them is to build them from the reusable blueprint in the dojo.

    All of the listed are possibilities that i can think of from when i was writing this so there may be way more possibilities but ultimately the derelict and the void need some form of incentive to return there after obtaining the stuff that is currently available in their drop tables.

    Just curious but what are your graphics settings at? when PoE launched i was having the exact same issues as you but after biting the bullet and dropping the graphics down from high to low i found the game ran so much better.

    Here in WarframePowerWellington we like to do pretty much everything warframe has to offer from the raids to tons of prime farming, in this clan you will never feel unwelcome (unless you act with bad intent in which case you are not welcome here ill tell you that much) and so as this clan grows, so will our great community of players who are willing to put effort into the game or just want to be a part of a clan that has a wide range of people who either want to just have a good time or want to do the most hardcore stuff in the game like endurance runs.

    We also have a discord server for our alliance (you'll have to be in my clan or in one of the clans in the alliance to get an invite however and no exceptions to that ruleso if you want an invite to the server there will be a link written down in the MOTD for the alliance chat or you can direct message me in the forums for an invite.

    Requirements: we are welcome to everyone so there are no limits on who can join as long as you can be patient since New Zealand is +12 hours ahead of UTC so if youre in places like america you might have to wait for a response as when you post a response I may be asleep.

Now this is something that has been bugging me for ages now but for almost if not more than a year now there hasn't been a single treasure ship alert in ages and i mean there hasn't been one EVER! so my question is what happened to them? did DE just stop bringing them out? or did they just forget to bring them out at all? I heard somewhere that they had a guaranteed rare container drop so they were very handy to farm detonite injectors and fieldron from outside of raids (which would be great for new players who aren't familiar with them yet). Personally I would like to see them come back cause not only were they good for rare containers but they were also good for credits in early game too outside of dark sectors. Do you think they should come back or should they just stay gone for good? either way this is just me curious about what happened to them. :shocked: 

    PS. to all moderators, if you think that this should belong in another sub forum go ahead and move it, i personally thought i should put it here cause it made the most sense imho.

    Had this happen to me a few times as well, most of the cases i had revolved around ranking up riven mods, when i rank up normal mods and their capacity drain exceeds the capacity left on a weapon it typically gets automatically uninstalled but that isnt the case for rivens for some reason, whenever i rank up a riven and its cap drain exceeds the cap left on a weapon, it still remains installed.

    Valid point but this post is focused on Limbo and his stasis ability, since his rework i have had no bad gripes with stasis cause it is one of the most hard CC in the game on par with rhino stomp, vaubans vortex, and nidus' larva. Most of the warframe abilities have ally UI buff icons to indicate if theyre active or on a timer so i can understand the need for those to have UI indicators but limbos stasis is getting the most hate cause players prefer to shoot things when theyre frozen from stasis but adding a UI indicator tells allies that while its active bullets have no effect on enemies till the duration is up and give allies a heads up that if they want to shoot enemies then they have to exit the rift and shoot enemies that are outside the rift (no offense to people who prefer guns over melee).

As someone who understands how he works and can play him or play with someone using limbo, I've always had trouble telling when stasis is active until I see an enemy on screen rather than the minimap and that can be annoying to a degree but there's a simple fix. I suggest adding a UI indicator for all allies for while they're in the rift, a buff icon will appear with the duration of limbo stasis underneath it so it can tell players when stasis is active and how long it's active for.

    This is just a suggestion but I can see the benefits so DE if you're reading this please consider it.
