I mean, if you farm for prime stuff and sell those you don't want/need, you can rack up enough to buy slots for a while.
I recommend warframe.market to get a feel of the current prices before setting up shop.
DISCLAIMER: You literally can play this without investing a single buck in it and get 99.5% of everything in the game (The 0.5% left being Exal Prime and exclusive Prime accesories)

Today I went to the Plains (directly from Orbiter). Got grouped up with a random team who seemed to be doing a bounty.
Bounty seemd to glitch, so I left as the others did.
I went back into the Plains, and soon after I found that holding a key (e.g. moving forward, pulling up Gear Wheel) behaved more like if I was spamming the key isntead of holding it down, causing movement to be erratic and making it nigh imposible to select any gear. When I asked a fellow clan member, one told me it was a PoE bug, so I decided to leave and stay away from the plains for a while.I then go for the sorties, and see the glitch is still present. So I restart the game altogether.
Glitch is still present.
Here I recorded the glitch in the Orbiter (which prevented me from displaying it affecting the Gear Wheel, but it should suffice as is)

Nothing really game changing, but it's a nice touch nonetheless -
I got the Red Dragon mouse too, and I don't experience anything the sort of what you describe.
In any case, you could just press the arrow button on top of it to increase its speed (I know there's a correct term for this but now it's late and I can't think straight)

Well, they could always make it so that the camera stays in a fixed position while doing such things (rolling, bullet jump, etc)
It may be an interesting thing to try, although it probably isn't happening anytime soon

a Nikana with Blind Justice is good as well.
Personally, though, my Nyx goes around smashing enemies with a Tempo Royale Galatine
In any case, as long as you have berserker or other speed mods on your weapon, any one that has a rushing combo is a good choice

There seems to be a problem with the last 1-2 (1-3?) notes in the Hydraulus, which prevents one from clicking it, thus preventing one from progressing.

In the topic mentioned above, some users reportedly fixed this by changing the resolution.
In my case, it did not work. I was forced to change the aspect ratio to 16:9 in order to fix the issue and progress (My normal ratio is 4:3)Before (Glitched UI)

Whether it has something to do with the overall UI new improvements, I can't say, but it might be related.
In any case, it's worth showing all this so devs get a good view of the problem -

Just worth to unlock all nodes, so you don't misss out the ocasional fissure over there.
Personally, I'll always prefer the old system over the Relics. It's not that this one doesn't work well, not at all.
I just found the Key system more fun... (Disclaimer : That's my opinion, 'kay?)
