  1. Are you running Warframe in fullscreen? Does it work if the game is in windowed mode?
  2. Posting your specs could help. Can you also check to make sure you have updated to the latest GPU drivers? Also, which version of Direct X are you running with the game? If it's DX11, can you try switching to DX10, or vice versa?
  3. Ah ok. In that case, the next time you crash, can you open the Warframe launcher and retrieve your log files for us? You'll be able to find them by clicking on the little cogwheel located at the top-right corner of the launcher. Once you have those files, you'll want to submit a support ticket with them attached, and that should help us identify the culprit. In the meantime, you might want to try verifying your download cache, which can be found at the top of the settings window you went to for your log files. This will help rule out the possibility of the crash being caused by missi
  4. Hi everyone, if you're still experiencing the issue with long load times, can you please try verifying and optimizing your download cache? This can be done in the by clicking the little cogwheel in the corner of the Warframe launcher, and it will help us rule out the possibility of this being caused by missing or corrupt game files.
  5. Did you happen to see a popup window appear after the game crashed? If you did, can you please tell us the WAR-#### that appeared on the last page of that window? It should look something like this: Thanks!
  6. Unfortunately, we're having a difficult time reproducing this issue. Have you tried verifying your download cache in the Warframe launcher? If not, you might want to give that a try by clicking on the little cogwheel at the corner of the launcher. If verifying doesn't help, then can you please send us a copy of your Warframe log files? You'll want to reproduce the issue first, then close the game, and return to the settings screen that you went to when you verified your download cache. Click "Get Logs", and once you have the files, you can attach them in a support ticket. Thanks!
  7. Are you playing with the in-game v-sync disabled? If you enable v-sync, do you notice a difference? Or vice versa? Also, could you tell us which GPU you're using? Thanks! Can you please try optimizing your download cache? This can be done in the Warframe launcher.
  8. If you experience this again, can you try alt-tabbing (to fix it), close the game, then open the launcher and retrieve your log files? This can be done by clicking the little cogwheel in the corner of the launcher. Once you've got your log files, could you please submit a support ticket with them attached? You can just tell support what you've already told us here. This could help us narrow down the culprit. Thanks!
  9. Hi everyone, I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce the issue with ground slam causing black squares, and we are continuing to track down other places where these black squares may appear. It looks like an easy way to avoid this is to disable bloom, increase your in-game anti-aliasing to high, or decrease Effects intensity. From what we've found, if AA is set to Medium, the black squares will appear. This isn't considered a permanent fix, but this should help stop your screen from turning black while we work on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  10. Update: This should now be fixed as of Hotfix 29.0.7 Fixed the Sly Vulpaphyla’s Survival Instinct FX causing a performance dip due to its visual distortion.
  11. Just to follow up -- We have been able to narrow down the culprit, and we're currently working on a fix. I can confirm that it does appear to be caused by the Survival Instinct mod for Sly Vulpaphyla.
  12. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce this internally, so we'll try to get it cleaned up in a timely manner. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  13. Thanks for this! We'll take a look.
  14. Can you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing when this issue occurs? Thanks!
  15. Can you tell us which GPU model you're using? Also, if you haven't already, can you please try to Verify your Download Cache via. the Warframe launcher? This will help us rule out the possibility of this Vauban issue being caused by missing or corrupt game files. We're still having trouble tracking this one down, but hopefully narrowing down the GPU model will help us out. Thanks!
  16. We have a fix for this. Coming soon! Can you please check this ability again after the next hotfix? It should arrive later this week. Hi Koyake, which weapon are you using when you do these heavy jump attacks?
  17. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We'll try to track down the culprit and get this fixed up ASAP.
  18. Hi everyone, just a follow-up: We made some improvements to the cost of using Deferred rendering in Cambion Drift, which is now live. We've also made some improvements to Anisotropic Filtering in Cambion Drift, which should put less stress on your GPUs, but keep in mind, you'll only want to use 8x if your hardware can handle it. We're still working on tracking down more optimizations, so any additional information anyone can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  19. Hi everyone, we're currently looking into this issue. In the meantime, can you please let us know if you are using deferred rendering? (this can be toggled in the Warframe launcher settings) If you are, do you notice a significant improvement if you disable deferred rendering?
  20. When the game crashes, do you see a popup window appear? If you do, can you please share the WAR-#### that appears on the last page of that window? It should look something like this:
  21. Hi TheNeonGod, Unfortunately, we're having a difficult time reproducing this issue. Is there any chance you could share a video of it happening? Or maybe even a screenshot?
  22. If you encounter a performance issue in Warframe, this could be occurring for a variety of reasons. Occasionally, this might not necessarily be an issue with the game itself, but a compatibility problem with your system. Here are some tips to help you rule this out: Note: Make sure your PC meets the Warframe System Requirements before following the steps below. Verify and Optimize your Download Cache via. the Warframe launcher settings. This window can be accessed by clicking the little wheel at the top-right corner of your launcher, and it allows us to make sure the issue isn't bei
  23. Occasionally, changes to your video card driver settings can hurt game performance and stability. When this happens, it's always a good idea to try resetting these settings. Here is a list of ways that you can go about doing this: NVIDIA Right-click on your desktop and select Nvidia Control Panel Click Manage 3D Settings Click Program Settings and select Warframe Next to Add/Remove, click Restore (note: If you're unable to click Restore, you are likely already using the default settings) AMD Right-click on your desktop and select AMD Radeon So
  24. We're having a difficult time reproducing this crash. According to the reports sent to us, this appears to be a GPU driver crash, so it's not clear what is causing it on our end. In the meantime, you might want to try this: 1. Update your GPU drivers. These crashes appear to be related to AMD, so you'll want to go to https://www.amd.com/en/support to find the latest drivers for your system. The 20.5.1 driver should be a good one to update to. 2. If that does not help, then go here -- C:\Users\(your_username)\AppData\Local\Warframe Open EE.cfg in notepad Find [Windows
