  1. Hi TNDA_Vice, thanks for bringing this to our attention! We've had some trouble reproducing this on our end, so we were wondering if you might have some info to help us narrow this down. For example, do you notice these performance issues while fighting a specific enemy? Which missions are you playing when you experience this? Are you playing with other players? Does this happen while playing solo? Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  2. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce this on our end, and we're currently investigating a fix.
  3. Hi baltazar03, thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we've been able to reproduce an issue with performance while using this build, and we're currently looking into ways to improve this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we'll try to have this cleaned up promptly.
  4. Hi UtherPendragon21, we've tried reproducing this on our end, but we're having trouble finding any stuttering. In the meantime, can you please try verifying your download cache? You should be able to do this by clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the Warframe launcher. After you've tried verifying your cache, if you still experience frequent stuttering after killing Eximus enemies, we recommend submitting a support ticket here, along with a copy of your EE.log, which can be found by clicking Get Logs in the Warframe launcher. Thanks!
  5. Hi pepspacito, thanks for bringing this to our attention! We're about to look into these freezes on our end, but in the meantime, can you please send us a support ticket with a copy of your EE.log? This might help point us in the right direction. You can find your EE.log file by closing the game after you've experienced these freezes, reopening the Warframe launcher, and clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher. You should see a window that looks like this: Once you have your log files, please attach them to a support ticket here and include the information you've provided in this thread. Thanks!
  6. Hi xsqpyz, thanks for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately, we're having some trouble reproducing this crash on our end. You mentioned you have a video of it happening. Would you be able to share that video with us? You can post it in this thread or, if you prefer, send it to me in a DM. This might help us narrow down the issue.
  7. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce this on our end, and a fix is in the works.

  9. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Unfortunately, we're having some difficulty reproducing this freeze on our end. We believe this is a real problem, but we could use some help as we narrow it down. If anyone happens to experience this again, can you please close your game, open the Warframe launcher, and set aside your log files? You can find your log files by clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the Warframe launcher and clicking Get Logs. Once you have your log files, please submit a support ticket that explains what happened, and attach the log files to the ticket. You can submit a ticket here. I've asked our support team to let us know when they receive any tickets regarding this issue, so it shouldn't take us long to take a look.
  10. Hi Tesla_Reloaded, thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can confirm that we have been able to reproduce this freeze on our end, and we're working on a fix. We'll try to have this cleaned up promptly.
  11. Hi HunterDigi, we've tried to reproduce this on our end, but we're not seeing any freezing. Since the asset doesn't appear to be spot-loading, can you please try verifying your download cache? You should be able to do this by clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the Warframe launcher. After you've tried verifying your cache, if you still experience a freeze when trying to use your specter, we recommend submitting a support ticket here along with a copy of your EE.log, which can be found by clicking Get Logs in the Warframe launcher. Thanks!
  12. Hi Leviathis_Krade, can you please tell us which dojos specifically you've tried to load when the game crashes? Thanks!
  13. Good catch! I can confirm that this does cause a noticeable hitch in performance, and we'll work on getting that cleaned up. As for the rest of your post, we have found some potential performance issues while looking at Iota Temple that we'll continue investigating. Thanks for the update!
  14. Hi Rhagthar, can you tell us which specific mission you were playing when you experienced these drops in performance? We're having some difficulty reproducing this issue, so any additional information you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  15. Can you please send us a support ticket with a copy of the EE.log that is giving you this spam? Those errors might have something to do with the performance issues you're encountering, but we'd need to look at the entire log to get a better idea. You can submit a support ticket here, and please include any information that might help us narrow down the issue. Thanks!
  16. Hi Pizzarugi, the next time you run into this issue, can you save a copy of your EE.log and send it to us in a support ticket? If there's a leak, we'll hopefully be able to track it down with your log file. You can find your log file by clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the Warframe launcher, and once you have your logs, you can send them to us here. Thanks!
  17. Unfortunately, we're having trouble reproducing this on our end. When you have a moment, can you verify your download cache via. the Warframe launcher? This will ensure that the issue you're seeing isn't caused by missing or corrupt game files. You can do this by clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the Warframe launcher:
  18. Oddly enough, it appeared to be caused by a friendly NPC trying to pick up some ammo, possibly a specter.
  19. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We have reproduced this crash on our end, and a potential fix is on the way. It should arrive in an upcoming hotfix.
  20. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like you've also submitted a support ticket, and someone from our support team has already fixed up your account for you. With that said, we've also been able to reproduce this issue internally, and we're currently tracking down the culprit so this (hopefully) doesn't happen again. If anyone else happens to run into this issue with TNW before we release a fix, then please don't hesitate to submit a support ticket here.
  21. Can anyone running into this 'Insufficient Video Memory' crash please submit a support ticket with a copy of your EE.log? You can find your log files by reopening the game after it has crashed, clicking the little cogwheel in the top-right corner of the launcher, and selecting Get Logs. Once you have your log files, please submit them in a support ticket here with any information related to the crash. We're having some trouble reproducing these crashes on our end, so either a WAR-#### (if you see a crash popup window) or your log files will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  22. Hi CapCapybara, can you please share a video of the issue you're running into? It might help give us a better idea of what's going wrong. Thanks!
  23. Thanks for this! I can confirm that we have reproduced the issue just like you did in your video, and we can get started on a fix. That won't be necessary. We have everything we need. Thanks, though!
  24. Hi Vifnis, we've had some trouble reproducing this issue, so we hope you can provide more info. For example, do you experience this while playing solo? Do you ever see it as a host if it occurs while playing in a squad? Or only as a client? Has this been a problem for a long time? Or did it start with a specific update? Any additional information that you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  25. Thanks to everything reported in this thread, we have been able to reproduce this crash on our end, and we are currently working on a fix. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an ETA on a fix, but I can assure you that it's very high on our list.
