Ok, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not great at aiming the mining tool, but shouldn't the Focused Nosam Cutter be an upgrade to the regular Nosam Cutter? I'm having less success with it. While with the regular one i get between 6~10 ores and 4~8 gems, the Focused nets me half of it, most of the time.
Would it be a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Please don't do this! Many of us work on Fridays (who doesn't) and the change will only remove his Sunday hours, not add anything. Just make he stay until evening in the Sundays, please.

Past event also support otherwise. For example Saryn's latest changes, Limbo, Equinox are all examples.
Yeah, Equinox and Limbo are examples of my point, just look at all the threads of people asking for changes/buffs.
Also, i didn't meant that DE will never do something about it, just not right now. But i don't want to play a frame for a year or two hoping that every red text will bring something for me like people who play said Equinox, Limbo, also Zephyr, Volt, Mag, Hydroid and even the newly reworked Saryn.

The problem with DE is: the more time passes, the more unlikely they'll do something about it. Each passing day gets my hopes more and more crushed for just a little buff.

...nothing is more annoying than getting a group on a tough mission with players that COULD be helpful but decide to rely purely on bad personal survivability because they can't do anything else.
This reminds me of one defense sortie i did couple days ago... with a Loki just standing there doing nothing. When i asked why he wasn't using disarm he just said he disn't want to. Felt good to leave on the last wave and see (on my boyfriend's monitor, who also were in the group) everything fail miserably.
I agree with your argument, OP, at least on the Loki part. Rhino's maybe fine after the rework.

I'm sorry, but you would have to refute every warframe description in the game, so this is not really a valid argument.
