    the list below is the reward from event Thermia Fractures 

    • 5 Points: Operation Buried Debts Emblem
    • 25 Points: Mod TT 20pxAmalgam Shotgun Spazz and Mod TT 20pxAmalgam Serration
    • 50 Points: Mod TT 20pxAmalgam Barrel Diffusion and Mod TT 20pxAmalgam Organ Shatter

    • 100 Points: OpticorVandal Opticor Vandal (Includes weapon slot and pre-installed Orokin Catalyst)

      Target Audience: Those who sell/dissolve these one-time reward by mistake

      Request 
    • 1. Is it possible to reset the progress in thermia fractures event for each time it is available? So that the player could obtain the reward again and it will also make the event more active as those who already passed the event might want to join for "more weapon slot"

      2. If the first choice is not possible, I wonder if it is possible to add these reward to cephalon simaris's offering for those who might sold/dissolve the mod by mistake? because the reward is only one time and the progress doesn't reset, so there is no way to obtain it again.

      All in all, these requests will decrease the amount of ticket support for those who might sold/dissolve the mod by mistake which will decrease the overall work amount for staff as well.

  2. Introduction
    Firstly, I would like to tell that I made this post about wukong's clone/umbra's sentient/equinox's clone many years ago, but it seem like this problem still exist so here we go. 

    Problem
    - the system recognize wukong's clone damage dealt only when the player is the host

    Consequence 
    - Non-host player who use wukong's clone have less damage dealt because the clone steal their kills and the system won't recognize it as the player's damage dealt 

    How to fix? 
    1. Don't count wukong's clone damage dealt for both host and non-host (In case DE think that counting damage dealt support people to afk)
    2. Count wukong's clone damage dealt for both host and non-host (In my opinion, wukong's clone is a part of wukong skill, it should count toward player's damage dealt or else I don't know why would I use a skill that decrease my damage dealt, I might as well just change to other warframe)

    P.S. Please help wukong main player who have wukong prime as most used warframe and also bought wukong prime access, I just want the system to work how it suppose to work. :crylaugh:

  3. Harrow equip with Harrow Noble Animation = morning star at the end of the animation

    Other warframes with Harrow Noble Animation = There isn't any morning star at the end of the animation and it just look like it hold a invisible bottle or even worse stroking something

    Is it possible to add an extra morning star on this animation for other warframe to use as well? 
     

  4. Introduction
    In Cephalon Simaris' offering, there are many limited quest rewards such as warframe, weapon, archwing, archgun for the player who accidentally sold it to take it back. 

    Request
    I wonder if it is possible to add umbra mod set and sacrificial mod set to cephalon simaris's offering, so that people who might dissolve it by accident (and longer than the duration to send the support ticket) to get it back because these mod is used in many warframe/weapon build and it will also decrease the support ticket amount of people in similar case as well.

  5. Introduction
    From what I inquired from the support, the staff said that when people get in-game chat ban, they will get to know the reason for their in-game chat ban at the time the player get ban and the duration is up to 2 weeks. 

    Problem
    However, after the first time they get the notification, they will only receive the message saying that they get in-game chat ban without showing the reason and duration, so I would like to request to change the notification to show the reason and the remaining ban duration everytime the player login to the game or loading the chat.

    Purposes/Benefits

    1. To remind the player of the reason and how long they can’t use chat in the game (because they can't recruit, they can't trade = can't play unless have friends outside the game).
    2. To prevent the repetition of the same action (Being unaware of violate of the rule).
    3. To help ensure the fairness and justify the action of chat moderation.
    4. To prevent the accuasation of authority abuse (If they don't know how and how long they get ban for from missing the first time notification they will think they get ban for no reason).

  6. Currently matchmaking only have 4 types of setting which are "Public", "Friends Only", "Invite only", and "Solo"
    I would like to suggest for a more option in the matchmaking setting

    1) Mastery Rank: It might be a controversial topic about the mastery rank and how good the player actually is, but I think mastery rank in matchmaking setting would help veteran or serious player to get a better playing experience to some extent, because when they want to do a mission that require a good player such as sortie or arbitration, but end up join the squad with first timer who doesn't know how to do the mission properly or taking the warframe which is inappropriate for the type of mission which then force those veteran or serious players to quit the mission. Some veteran would like to help new player and some do not, so the MR setting in matchmaking would help the latter group.

    2) [Don't mind this one as it is too big] I think recruit channel need to be improve because it is so hard to find the squad nowadays, my suggestion is to make the squad party looks like when a clan link their clan name in the chat, but upon click in, the window would appear showing their requirement such as what warframe they want, what mr they want, how many tridolon capture do they need which then the player could click to join the squad if they reach the requirement. This would decrease the time for the party to find the member and check the member as well. [I think this could be apply for clan invitation as well]

  7. As we know, there are two mode of shooting for many weapons; for example, Fulmin have semi mode and auto mode. 

    For wukong clone, If I use melee weapon then the clone will use the primary/secondary weapon that I previously use; however, when I used Fulmin auto mode and switch to melee weapon, the wukong clone use Fulmin semi mode instead.

    Is it possible to add this feature in wukong's clone to use the previous primary/second weapon with specific shooting mode that was previously used? 

     Currently
    1) Used Fulmin Auto mode.
    2) Switch to melee weapon.
    3) The clone use Fulmin Semi mode instead.

    What I request
    1) Used Fulmin Auto mode.
    2) Switch to melee weapon.
    3) The clone use Fulmin Auto mode.

  8. Lately, people are using Wukong's 1st skill, and Excalibur Umbra's sentient to fight the enemies in many missions especially Index.  😆
    As you know, right now the clone and sentient damage dealt doesn't count as the player damage dealt.
    As a result, the player have a really low damage dealt percent.
    I think these two abilities should be counted as the part of the player as well, so I would like to suggest to count wukong's 1st skill (clone), and Excalibur umbra' sentient as the player's damage dealt.

     

  9. Mission type: Void Fissure Defense Mission
    Map: Stephano (Uranus)

    I found the bug/glitch in the new (?) tileset that can be exploit with Nova, as I can teleport to this area and then use some ability that can kill the enemies outside or if I take the support warframe then I can just stay here without taking the damage. For example, in that round I use [Fluctus] to shoot through the wall and kill the enemies and later I can just type /unstuck to get out of this bug area to collect the item and repeat it endlessly.

    you having this issue while DE is still constantly trying to work through tons of bugs an fixes that need to be sorted with for update 25. Is indeed no reason to say that DE staff is slow, lazy or incompetent, as i doubt you understand how there work flow goes but only understand that you havent been able to get in game for lil over a week.

    I have had issues an submitted a ticket an took a month to get a response back, BUT i have not complained that DE staff took too long as i know that this game requires alot of work from various departments of there team. Meaning when some members of there staff have nothing to do they could possibly be helping out the support team with answering the tickets to help out with the volume of them.

    I didn't wait 2 second before I make this post, and it is as I expected, they don't answer it, so I have to wait for at least 2 more days 🙂

    1. DE is a relativly small studio, thus their ressources are finite.

    2. the amount of support tickets arn't constant. If they simply hire more now, They will have to fire people, when the amount is lower.

     

    I always enjoy the topic of DEs time to solve tickets. You can isntantly figure out, who has a job and who has never had an actual job in their life.

    Does my real life matter for this issue? So, if I don't have a job in my real life then I can't send a feedback? That is a fallacy. You have to focus on my feedback of quality of their service, not my real life.

    Btw, guys so because the other games' company response support even slower than this, then this game can be even more slower than those game? Is that how it should be? To be the best game for slowest/slower support response? I don't think it is okay to compare to other games as an excuse, right? 

  11. Updated 7/6/19: The problem is already fixed, the problem solved in 12 days.

    My support ticket #1743055 submitted since Saturday, May 26, 2019 

    The problem have been starting since 6 days ago, I have some problem with the graphic in game, so I reinstall the game. I login to the game normally, but then it ask for identity verification, so I tried to login to my email, and I can't login to it (I suspect either I forget my password or my email is hacked), so I sent the support ticket to change the email linked with my account to my previous email account that I had linked with this account (the email that I can't login is the second linked email with this account). I showed the support with the email that Warframe send a request for an email change to my previous email to prove that I am the owner of the former email. However, up until now, there is no response from the support, despite it only take at most 30 mins to check the proof both on my side and their side, and then change the email for me (I knew that there are a lot of support tickets, so I had wait for many days). Today is friday, and if the support still not response my ticket then I will have to wait for 2 more days, so I will not be able to login to this game for at least 8 days. I see some serious problem with warframe support, the time it take for them to response is too long, please consider improve the response time for warframe support. EAgagKQ.jpg
