My word.... I hadnt even realised what was meant by accolade :( So the 7 or so years ive played mean less than the pack value (i've spent far more im sure). As previous commentors have mentioned, why wasnt the accolade acquired by other means? This makes no sense to gate such a thing behind a paywall.

The irony of a 10 year celebration pack for newer players. I have always applauded DE and sang their praises for allowing the trading of plat in game, allowing those that do not have the money to aleast acquire market items they really like. The bit that gets me and really hurts is the 10 year celebration nature of the pack being gated behind one of the highest price points to date :'( . For those of us in the veteran camp, this is really starting to hurt. I buy platinum to support DE and the fantastic team within, usually having a fairly decent surplus, I dont buy it to then see rogue packs like this crop up that undermine the spirit of Warfame and DE as a whole. Please learn from this. We can live without the skins but the knowledge of this being the potential new norm really makes me atleast think twice about the actual value of plat. *fingers crossed*

Hey, My thoughts exactly, I have supported the game for years due to the ability for those not wanting to pay / cant afford to be able to trade for plat something I applaud DE for doing. This alone has meant I have wanted and have been willing to spend more on the game over the years than the vast majority of games I own. It really did shock and sadden me to see the tennocon 10 year support pack behind a paywall and not just a small one that most players could attain but those that are willing to drop the equivilant price of a new game. I would have loved to buy the skins if available for plat but ofcourse its not meant to be. The bit that gets me is the time limited part, not only is it priced significantly high enough to normally turn away but its the "you can only get this for a limited time" that makes those that would otherwise see sense think I need to get this now :( Like you say, I hope this is not a trend otherwise I will likely shy away from playing over time.
