I actually very love this theory. We have so many descriptions of them looking elegant and godlike but when we see Ballas an Nihil they look decayed, cold. Almost like they had been in cryo sleep for far too long. Maybe the Orokin had Technological Transference and we the Tenno have "Magical" Transference, meaning that they can "possess" technology and we can possess living things. Maybe they put themselves in cryo stasis during those Transference's? When they visited Mars and other Colonies and Planets. But that makes me wonder why the #*!% they need bodyguards if they have Robot clones who can fight for themselves, or maybe they were just show, they cant fight, only build to look pretty thats why they need bodyguard Warframes and Dax????? This explains abit why theyre unkillable but still need Kuva to transfer bodys. The metal puppets they transfer into can revive, maybe they got a ripped of version of Oro like the Sentients. But the Orokin bodies still decay, slow ofc, but they still need to transfer to a new body from time to time.

I am not a programmer and i dont know how to do this. But i had this idea. wouldn't it be much simpler to but a Sphere around glowing objects that Mirage specifically interacts with? You woundt have to fix the new lighting system and it would be predictable enough for players, lets say this sphere is a constant 10m. Some scenes dont have objects that glow but you could still place those spheres there. Yes this is alot of work but probably less than work to fix the new lighting system Another idea is to put the night or day "effect" on her other abilites. For example Putting the Light "effect/status" on her 2 and putting the Dark "effect/status" on her 4. For the helminth problem either do the same thing so that the 2nd warframe abilty gives Light and the 4th gives dark or bc people only want the Strength buff mostly just nerf the damage
