[Steam and in game achievment]

Heyo,

I have an in game achievement that didn't proc, saya's vigil. I completed the quest as it say in codex but didn't get the achievement 

And just wondering if there is a way to synchronize the game achievement and those in Steam. Because i am MR 23 and still missing basics achievement on steam (like polarize a weapon).

[Valkyr hysteria bug]

Hello,

Recently i am having a lot of trouble disabling hysteria. Sometimes i can't attack.

It's like i am still on hysteria but i can't use any abilities or weapons and can't even melee attacks.

Am i the only one? Any fixes?
