I like this rework and suggested changes to Inaros, I feel like it would give him more than enough utility to play with some newer Warframes and keep up without being one-shot. I especially like the rework to his HP and how that would be similar to shield gating, although it'd be interesting to see what DE's spin on that would be. Overall though I think the idea, the suggestions, and the admiration deserve a solid 10/10 rating from me.
