    Just don't try to watch 2 content creators at the same time. The system doesn't allow 2 simultaneous drops... those days are loooooooooooong gone! Both Brozime and AdikDarkCero are running right now, so after you complete 1 and claim it, then start the other. I am not sure if you had both running at the same time if it would auto-start the second drop after you claim the first (as sometimes does with PrimeTime) since they are separate streams. For me, it did not even show up as counting on ADC's stream until I had been watching for about 5 mins after I left Brozime's, so it looks like you have to be patient.

  2. Forgot to mention... I was watching the Prime Time stream when I clicked on "About This Drop" on PC and came to this page with the stream playing in the background. As I was reading the thread, I went back to the stream and saw that the drops timer had not progressed in the 5 mins that I was gone. I clicked back and forth between the drop info and the stream, and then it went up by 2%.

    The drops timer on tvitch is very poor.

    Oh, and last week I missed a drop when the stream ended while I was at 99%, even though I had been watching for at least 46 minutes...

And you're actually losing tons of viewers like myself that go "Well, stream has been going for 12 minutes, no use watching it now since i'll miss the drop again"...

    I'll do you one better... I never had a problem in Drops 1.0, but since tvitch and DE moved to the new system, there are many times that I will click Claim and it won't claim the drop properly, and thus not start counting towards the next drop. So, I have to click Claim over, and over, and over... and over... and over... until it finally clears. Then I have to stop the stream and reload it from the app, or computer, to get to the counter to start for the next iteration.

    Back when we had 30 min drops, the extra time spent trying to claim, or getting to a stream a couple of minutes late, had much, much, MUCH less of an impact on getting drops.

    Why DE would decide to make claiming drops more difficult given the frailty of the system is beyond me. It's like someone thought the old saying was,

    "If it ain't broke, then break it!"

    Never had this problem with Drops 1.0. I really wish DE would just switch back. From what I can tell, Twitch is still running Drops 1.0 as many developer accounts have not switched over.

    I know that's not going to happen, so I hope they work out the kinks soon. Yeah, soon (TM)...

    That's the beauty of the grab bag! Truly random! And random doesn't mean different. In fact, the more random, the more likely you are to get the same thing twice! I was only able to watch 2/4 streams this week, and got 2 Zephyr Noggles. And this is not new. Remember during the Quest for the Cure stream? I got 2 of the same drop, and 3 of another! Yay for RNG!!!

    I feel your pain, dude. Seriously. This is not a bug, but a feature. Unfortunately. And no backsies. I have contacted DE in the distant past about a Twitch drop (I wanted to share the love with my sons, since we only have 1 prime account, but 3 WF accounts), since I inadvertently claimed a Prime drop while the wrong WF account was linked. Even though they can TOTALLY MAKE A CHANGE WITH A VIRTUAL ITEM SINCE IT IS ALL DIGITAL!!!, they claimed it was out of their hands since it was a Twitch drop. I call BS. It was more like, "Me dun wanna, so me not gonna."

    Missed two previous streams because twitch decided to just stop sending notifications. Todays stream is right at time when I'm getting home from work so I tried watching it on phone app but there's no way to monitor the progress on the phone.     I am not sure if anybody already answered you on this, or if you figured it out otherwise, but after mashing on my phone screen today for about 10 minutes, I figured this out.

    When watching a stream, tap on the screen to see the UI, then tap on the Down arrow in the upper left corner. Click on your profile picture. Click on Drops. There you should see it.

    IMPORTANT! Don't click Back to go to the stream... you need to click on the mini-viewer. Depending on your phone settings, backing out of the app could cause it to leave the stream or close the app altogether rather than leave it running in the background, and who knows what Twitch will do to your progress then? The way things are going, my bet is they s.can it.

    In the past, the only drops I ever missed were ones when the whole system screwed up and nobody got the drop. As of today, I missed the Umbra Forma drop from the DevStream because I didn't realize I had to click on a stupid claim button, and by the time I got to the site on my desktop, it was gone. Then I had to click on the claim button for Monday's drop THREE TIMES in the app to get it to stop showing as unclicked! And the one from Thursday I claimed during the stream, the app immediately recognized it, I logged in to WF hours later, but it's not there. I go to Twitch on my desktop, but it already shows I claimed it, can't do anything. So, I play a couple missions, log out, remembered I hadn't rolled my distillers, logged back in, and voila! There's the drop!

    Oh, and lucky me, my grab bag drop from Monday and Thursday were the same... noggle for a frame I rarely ever use... nice...

    Whether the blame falls on Twitch or DE for this debacle, this is much more of a hassle than the old system was. Hooray for "progress"...

    I noticed this as well. But not because I had left the page running for hours... for MINUTES! Recently, I loaded up the stream on my rig about a minute early, and it hadn't started yet. I walked away to make my kids some food, but didn't launch Twitch on my phone, because why bother? I came back about 20 minutes later to see that the window did not refresh when the stream started (LIKE IT USED TO!!!), so I was technically not "watching." I had to click on the screen to load the stream manually.

    What's the solution? For me, I just have to be more diligent (yeah, like I really need to be thinking about a game when I am not playing it that much more often than I already do...), but for you... a timed macro mouse button press? Hopefully you are able to find a solution. At least you got the Umbra Forma... and a Shawzin?!? Was that from the grab bag?? Nice!

  8. It's been a loooooong time since I purchased debt-bonds (used them to quick level SU back when Fortuna released), but I don't recall Ticker ONLY selling Training and Shelter debt-bonds. How long has this been a thing? Or am I misremembering?

    I have visited him 3 different times, spaced out over the last 2 days, and each time he only had Training and Shelter duo packs. No Medical, no Advances, no Familial. I had enough Training, Shelter, and Medical previously to purchase all of the items those are required for.

    Additionally, I ran the 4th bounty 4 times since the event started. First time my squad failed out on Stage 4. Second time we got a glitch with the 5th stage "Capture the Coil-Drive" and the other 3 jumped ship, and I stayed and completed it. In NONE of the 3 that were completed was I awarded Familial Debt-Bonds.

    So, unless Ticker starts stocking them for purchase, or the RNG gets changed to be a guaranteed drop (only 2 per bounty are possible, and you need 45 for Cherub pallete, 1x Ticker floof, and 1x Neon Eros Wings deco, so that's... 23 runs!?!), it looks like I am going to miss out on those three items.

    Not a good look, DE... not a good look.

    Reason is that I really do not need more corrosive on my anti armor build. It gets shredded under half a second anyway. Heat is gonna be the element that will end up being the brunt of your damage. Even more so after u26 because of the proc buffs.

    My Kohm ended up being heat, or should I say, my heat weapon ended up being a Kohm (I was farming Heat since it has the most mentions in the list). Is toxin still recommended as the best element for Kohm?

    The other thing is the current Lich I am working on has a Heat Shildeg. I already have a Radiation Shildeg. So, I was hoping to get some input as which I should valance into which, when the time comes. My gut is telling me keep Radiation, since then I can make it Rad/Corrosive (like with Kitguns), which I always thought was the best anti-armor setup you could have.

    I was having the same "no spawn" issue. Vanquished my 3rd Lich, then after 3 days, 13 solo Adaro runs, and 3 solo Cassini runs (friend farms Cassini solo and has only ever had 1 dry run between Liches... O.o), I found this thread and decided to go public. Et voila! As soon as as I joined an already in progress run with 1 other player, the lights flickered and the Kuva guardian spoke. I made a mad dash for it and was able to get to him first. Not sure if it was mine or his, so kind of feelsbadman. 

    Of course, RNG just couldn't allow me to get off that easily. 25% status Ayanga. Really?? 25%?!?

    Oh, and to make sure that I never forget what I did, his name is Pubb... Pubb Zergar. 

    Really wish there was a way to abandon a Lich contract that is so utterly worthless (no Ephemera, basement level status chance) and immediately start anew, but I guess that would be waaaaay too player friendly. 

    Anyway, GL to you all. Here's hoping this issue gets patched so that we can go back to solo runs where we don't have to steal somebody else's bad RNG.

  11. 5 successful runs (incl. 3 main BPs), 4 botched runs due to bugs, but more to come as I still need chassis... that being said, not nearly as grindy as 53 runs for Mag "helmet" back when Crewman Nef was guarding her parts and the BPs actually "dropped" on the floor and you had to pick up the glowing pink orb... Good times!

    However, if DE would just fix the horrible "teleporting back to spawn when you fall off the boss' platform" bug, or the "teleport 5 rooms back if you fall en route to the boss room" bug, or the "oops! Ropalyst is now invincible" bug, then this fight would actually be enjoyable and not feel nearly as grindy as getting Mag parts from the late Crewman Nef.

    Just to clarify, only the newest Winter glyphs can be purchased individually. The older ones can only be purchased in Winter glyph packs 1 and 2.

    I want to gift my sons a single Winter glyph of their choice, but they are limited to choosing one of the new ones until this bug is fixed.

  13. Syandana placement on Saryn was purposefully lowered to reduce clipping with her "shoulders". I don't know when this occurred, but I, for one, was very grateful for the change. And the bump you see with the Uru is to prevent clipping with her "hips". I guess they could make the "box" surrounding her body go straight down from her shoulders so that Syandanas don't follow the curve of her back, but it doesn't bother me. Not as much as the old clipping used to.

    Syandanas and skins have notoriously had clipping problems, and many remain unresolved. Because of this, a Syandana which looks great on one frame can look like garbage on another. And frames that already have "dangly bits" have even more clipping issues. As do the larger frames with more "mass" on their backs. I remember when one of the simpler designs (Yomo?) would actually mount to Rhino underneath his skin. It was quite hilarious! And sad at the same time...

    Anyway, just wanted to let you know that most likely your issue won't be addressed, since what you are mentioning is actually the result of a previous fix. Sorry!

    Exactly this. Just because it says "Day" on the PoE node, that doesn't relay any information about when in the "Day" it is. Or when in the "Night", for that matter. This is esp important for those of us with older rigs, as loading into Cetus and PoE can be quite a chore. And to go through all that trouble just to find out that there are only 5 minutes left of Night, or that Day is only 5 minutes old, is quite frustrating. Or vice versa if you are frame/mod farming.

    I would very much appreciate if you could put the little stats box from the mod screen up on the Riven reroll screen, so that players, like myself, can make better informed decisions about how the weapon stats will change with the rerolled Riven stats. This is esp. important when deciding to choose between modifiers that change the same stat, but in different (and often complicated) ways, like +base damage vs +multishot. I know not all of the modifiers are represented on the stat list (projectile flight speed, status duration, faction damage), but having the stats information from the loadout screen right in front of you when making a decision would be IMMENSELY helpful, esp since there is no way to "unroll" a Riven.

    Better yet, put TWO stats boxes up on the screen, one to the left for current Riven'd stats, and one to the right for rerolled Riven'd stats. I know it would make the screen a little more crowded and possibly a little less beautiful, but "that is a sacrifice I am willing to make." 😉

    Now, I understand that when Rivens are rerolled, you are technically no longer in the Arsenal and are now in the Mods section, and you can select a Riven from your Mods inventory directly and reroll it without it even being slotted, but I imagine there would be a way to inform the UI that a Riven is being rerolled from the Arsenal, or that the current loadout stats from the Arsenal are tacked on and carried over to the Mod inventory section along with the Riven. But maybe that is making things too complicated.

    What about just showing how the weapon's base stats are modified by the roll? That should be easy enough! Then current loadout does not need to be carried over. PLUS, since base stats are universal, these could even be shown when a Riven is rerolled directly from the mods screen, and even without the Riven currently slotted in a weapon. Heck, they could even be shown when rerolling a Riven for a weapon that a player does not currently have in their inventory! There could even be a little toggle button, or drop down menu, that would allow the player to select which weapon variant's stats they want to see (Standard vs Prime vs Wraith vs Vandal vs Syndicate).

    I do know that Zaw Rivens would present a challenge, but since they are tied to the Strike, then just show the Strike's base stats instead of a crafted weapon... since at least then a player would have some information, vs the current none.

    If any of those options would be too much work, what about briefly suspending the player's decision and allowing them to go back to their Arsenal loadout screen so that they could see how the rerolled stats changed the weapon's stats?

    Any of these changes would go very far to cure what I call "Reroller's Remorse".

    Soooooo much this!!! This issue STILL has not been addressed! And I have plat'd myself out of Riven slots! I currently have the max of 90 slots, and the thing is, I would LOVE to trade my "excess" Rivens away, but have any of you suggesting this actually tried to use the Trade Chat??? It is gawdawful!!! And Endo'ing a Riven feels like you are cutting off a vital body part. Esp if you have ever been through a 3-week RIven drought, then you KNOW what I am talking about! And if Transmutation actually resulted in receiving a BETTER Riven than the 4 you put in, then that would be worthwhile. Currently, it is the equivalent of a poorly-told bad joke.

    I am behind both of the great suggestions put forth here:

    1) Reduce the warning to only show when attempting to enter the sortie / attempting to trade where a Riven is coming in, but not going out.

    2) Modify the sortie rewards so that the Riven is not an option for a Riven-cap'd player, but does not affect the other players' rewards.

    I don't see why DE can't institute #2. Sure, I am not a coder and don't know how much work it would be, but it would seems like a simple IF/THEN/ELSE. IF the reward is a Riven and player has capacity, THEN give it to them, ELSE reroll reward for player. Heck, since there are so many moans and groans when the rewards come, why not throw up 4 like a fissure mission and let the players pick which of the 4 different rewards they want, and if it is a Riven, it is not selectable if you are at cap. Then maybe I could get one of the good boosters for a change (NOT you, drop chance and credit!!!) or 6k Kuva, which I ALWAYS can use!

    Or DE could troll the over-Rivened player and make the ELSE always shove the sculpture at them as an alternative reward! (I say troll, but that really isn't the worst reward... SHHHHHHH!!!!)

    I'm with you, HXE!!! Let's hope this gets done!

    Quick question: now that Fall-Off has been added across the board, and Projectile Flight Speed affects Fall-Off, how does one calculate the effect of it on a weapon?  Specifically, negative projectile flight speed (Rivens being Rivens and all...).

    I unveiled an AkJagara Riven, and after it's second roll it now has -66.3% Flight Speed (but it also has +200.3% MS, which is why I stopped rerolling it). Would that make the Fall-Off for the AkJagara start at 101.1m?  If so, what would be the elusive "second number", the distance at which Fall-Off would stop declining and remain at 50%?

    I have not run them in a mission yet (or Simulcrum to test), but on the Wiki it is suggested only to use this weapon for close to medium range engagements, due to the fact that the accuracy is low and the recoil is high. That being the case, a 100m distance cap on this weapon's max dmg may not be all that worrisome. I was just hoping to get some clarification before deciding whether or not to reroll (since it is currently a 2/1 Riven, but since it is Strong, I might want to try for a 3/1...).

    While I hear you, I actually quite like the purplish Simulor skin! While it would be nice if it could be made all black metallic, I am very happy with my Infested Deep Purple metallic.

    The skin would be even more awesome if DE were to have made the holographic orb in the likeness of a skull (or a pumpkin), like how they used the Cephalon Suda emblem for the Synoid. That, imho, would have been EPIC!

I just bought the Day of the Dead Porta Armor and placed it on my Inaros that I had already equipped with the DotD Abrasys Syandana I bought previously, and I immediately noticed something was... off.  I always color the skulls white on my DotD skins, and use black as background, and then Halloween red and light orange to top it off. Weapons and Liset skins included.

    Here's the issue: the DotD Abrasys (and Igaro) use Accents for the Skulls, and the DotD Porta Armor (and, oddly enough, the DotD Kyroptera Syandana) use Secondary for the Skulls. This means I either have to 1) only use Porta with Kyroptera, 2) use more white than I want to, or 3) just be happy with one or the other having yellow skulls. I believe this is an oversight in the coloring department.

    I can't comment on the Vanquished Banner Syandana since I did not buy that one.

    Hopefully somebody from DE sees this. Not going to put in a ticket, since it is not really a ticketable item, but it would be nice if this mismatch issue was addressed.

  20. Thanks for the HU. I just wish it wasn't affecting Sao invasion right now. Need the Mutagen Masses! I am overloaded on Fieldron and Detonite, but Mutagen? Not so much.

    It has been buggy since this invasion launched... I had 3 failed attempts this morning, all with full crews, the last time with me as host. I just had another failed attempt right now running solo.

    Actually, I am still in it... standing at extraction... I finally found an Vaya Sculpture, and 2x Cyan and 1x Amber Stars, and I DON'T want to abort!!! I came here looking for answers, but can't find any. Anybody know how to extract from a bugged mission and keep your loot???

    I don't know how this map can have 40% completion already, when I have had 4 failed attempts...

    Sadness... don't click... you've been warned...

    I wasnt able to play the event till yesterday so the enemy that had the mods I really wanted was already defeated, I am planning to just keep replaying the defend Alad V mission in hope I might get it (plus it is a pretty fun mission, good for exp as well). Is there an easier to earn the mods i want?

     

     

    So all the acolytes are dead and my friend didn't finish the event. what do we do?

     

    Once, again, DE, you design an event that denies a portion of your playerbase a chunk of the rewards due to narrow-windows and non-accessibility. Haven't you learned anything from the past???

     

    Like Ray, and presumably Sparten's friend, I was unable to play the event until Sunday, but all of the Acolytes had been hunted down. Click on the second portion of the event and you are taken to the Acolyte Roundup screen where they have all been defeated. Might as well stamp a big, ol' DENIED sign on that list.

     

    What's the big issue with just leaving a node (or 5) open so that EVERYONE can get a shot at participating in the event. I hear you, lore, lore, lore... ok, fine... it wouldn't make sense for an Acolyte to be defeated and still be available to play against. Which is the exact reason why we only get to play the boss node on each planet only once.... oh... wait....

    Not to mention we have two versions of Alad V running around in the game.

     

    But we are not talking about the day to day experience...

    C'mon, now. Please be considerate for ALL of your players. Keep them event nodes OPEN during the ENTIRE event... once they are unlocked. I can sit for that much Lore... ;-)  You've done it before, you can do it again. I have faith in you.

     

    The worst part (for me) is that even though I did have the time to log in every day and roll my distillers, I had ZERO clue that the event was running away from me, since you put all that lovely information behind the mission wall of the first stage. Had I been able to see progress bars from the get-go, I would have made a more earnest attempt to get started sooner. But that is beside the point. The point is that there are many who did not even get the chance to login until after the Acolytes were defeated. Having those nodes stay open would allow for players in either situation to still partake and enjoy your event. I mean, after all, you guys spent a lot of time coming up with the event, the new enemies, the new mods...

    BTW, do you know how to get back to the Prime metal color, or what is your best approximation of which color it is? I used my defaults, one from Easter, and one from Storm, and neither came out exceptionally well like they did with Targis.

     

    I am 100% with KittyDarkling regarding putting the Gold on the same color field. I didn't realize that I had removed Targis chest piece from Nova due to it being way too large for her, but Edo P chest looks awesome... just not colored right. :(

  23. I have it as well. Exact same problem. Spinning Wheel of Death. For the last 3 days. Crappy as hell. Squadmates just love it when you are non-responsive and/or fail to notify them of Stalker / Death Squad on you.

  24. Well you had to know the Viver farm wasn't going to last forever.  :P

     

    Sure, it's just too bad that some of us did not find out about it until the day before it was nerfed, only to check it out with a group that did not know how to "get it to work". Walked out with only 565 Standing. :-\

     

    Was wondering how in the hell people were selling weapon and ability augment mods on the market, when I had not even reached Rank 2. Sure, I have not been able to put in as many hours per day as I did last year, but does that mean they have no life? Some, maybe. Most, nope... Exploit. Great.

     

    Feels like I am changing lanes from a slow lane into a slower lane during rush hour.

     

    At least I was able to forma Maggy P's aura slot to the CORRECT Bar aura and re-max her before this gargantuan nerf. Can't imagine how long it would take missing out on all those kills from behind walls. Oh, wait... that was Pull...
