The number of live undetonated rounds will still allow you to reload in some occasions however you will not be able to fire a new round until a dud round leave the space.
Example
Fire 4 rounds, 3 are duds. Even if you reload you can not fire 3 rounds until all 3 duds disappear.
> How I tested this out.
Using Mag I spawned in a target > pulled him into undetonated rounds > cast my second ability (bubble) > round became live again and blew up target > I can now shoot out more rounds

I can also report on this happening. Since the removal of self damage i can not find any other reason to have this "feature" still in the game.

Steps to replicate
Rank 3 gunner with 360 view exit turret while ship is upside down and at a angle. transition fails and ship remains unrendered.

I see rewards activate then go back to being locked, as well as dailies not register completed when they are completed in mission.

When running out of energy with IVARA in her Artemis ability, the player becomes locked from using any weapons or other abilities. This can not be fixed in mission and must be extracted or forfeited.
Seems to happen more with Prowl going as well. I have had this happen to me during an eidolon fight and the sanctuary onslaught.

I can confirm this happens. Annoying there is no way to force one out of the glitch.

Host migration seems to be causing a "lock out bug" in PoE. 1/5 bounty runs seems to be affected by this bug. This may have to do with loot drop'ers (Players leaving after the relic). The majority of the time it seems to be during the extraction phase when Cetus is loading in. However i have seen this bug happen out in the field. With important functions happening in and around PoE, this issue is frustrating after sinking in amounts of time in Higher Level Bounties. I would like to see some sort of sever side loot tracking (Here are the items[loot] you didn't collect because of x/y/z). Where if a bug happens the sever checks to see if you collected your rewards.
SteamDeck: cannot login, password field inaccessible

this is happening to me on the latest stable build OS for the steam deck and warframe. I can access the steam deck key board and hit enter which allows me to progress through the login in accept, but then I can not move in my ship or bring up any menus. I can only force quit the game to exit.
