  1. Just logged into game and received message about the ghouls being defeated... and to my horror I stared at my empty inbox. :(

    I  LIKED MY INBOX!

I had really really old messages in there. Like several years old messages. And I maintained it. Keeping mostly just story related messages and fun ones, like Vampire Spacemom from halloweens way back!

And no I did not delete them myself.

Anyone had this happened to them too?

Alot of people are having these problems. Especially with the MR9 and MR19 tests.

The detection range has been increased some how and it's really stopping stealth players doing their thing or players passing their tests.

Detection range is all nice and dandy... but you can't get stealth kills even if you put every enemy to sleep and use silenced weapons or bows.

  3. Absolutely agree with this... It doesn't make sense as it is now and there is barely any other reason to use daggers. How are you supposed to use it anyway? As far as I understood it, combo counters are used for heavy attacks.. and you can't do finishers with those. And even if you kill someone with the heavy attack... why? Since Stealth Kills are broken that you can't get them any other way but with finishers...What point is there to it? The mod has "sneaky" in its name but got nerfed so hard in that regard.

Talking about sneaky, DE, for the love of god, fix your stealth kills for silenced weapons / normal melee. Please?

And while I am the "sneaky" how am I supposed to hide bodies now, that you removed channeling that could dissolve bodies, huh?

  4. My problem with mercy finishers is that I just dont react to it that fast. It blips above their head and before I realize it I kill them. Having it on same button as melee would solve it... but I do understand why some might not like that.

  5. Tried to meet the kuva larvling as Ivara. When I ran most of the mission cloaked the larvling did not spawn. I got the flicker and the message, but not larvling spawned.

    Repeated it another time.

Third time I ran without cloak and it did spawn. I sleep arrowed it and killed it with finisher. No achievement or kuva lich as a result.

  6. Personally:

    1) Liked the ragdolling it give you the feeling of the OOMPH that you slam the ground so hard it sends enemies flying

    2) Also don't like the executions on X, because it makes awkward for me to switch around my finger from more comfortable E to down to x

    3) How am I supposed to "hide" the bodies now that you removed the channeling? Am I missing something?

    4) Still cant do silent kills with bonuses in any other way than exection... not fun.

    5) Did you silently boosted Nox so they cant be killed by finishers with covert lethality? Thanks a lot *sarcasm*

    6) Mercy kills - they go up so fast that the enemy is dead before I can stop shooting or slashing them.

Are you trying to say space stuff feels out of place in a free game about space ninjas with space magic? Strange feeling

What he probably meant that it started as a game about space ninjas running down corridors and mowing down enemies, not as space ship simulation? Dunno. Also the game being free or not probably has nothing to do with it.

If this thing is Solo able, you guys will have a S#&$on of work to do.

    You will have to:

    • Pilot the ship;
    • Shot the enemy interceptors;
    • Take care of boarding parties;*
    • Put out any fires;*
    • Fly in Archwing to the ship;*
    • Find the shield locations;*
    • Return to the ship and disable from there;
    • Return to the Capital Ship again;*
    • Mark the Core;*
    • Return and shot it.

*In those instances you will have to leave the ship adrift. With no pilot.

Good luck for solo players, they will have their work cut out for them.

Yeah, I know, that is why I thought it could be hepled with some specters or something, to man the side turrets or putting out the fires.

The real problem would be the last part of enemy ship sabotage. We even saw... who was it DE Megan, had to drop piloting to shoot the enemy capital ship core. I am not exactly worried it will not be possible solo, I am worried of the people I will be forced to meet. Enough I get sweared on for being too slow on sorties when I cant manage them solo and have to join public groups, or Eidolon hunts. Last time I got called an idiot for not using Lanka. It is the minimum of cases, but still...

But that is the life of antisocial person on multiplayer game.

  9. I guess I had the wrong idea here but I thought they are kinda remote operated from distance. Based on the Warframe comic where the character saving the girl alongside with Mag says something along the lines of "Hoped to pay for this rig" refering to her own body.

So my idea would be that those with robohead and other auguments are remote controlled zombies by those more wealthy to avoid dangerous jobs?

Also I think the Fortuna trailer said something about it being the labor camp for indebted people? So maybe they take the head, store it somewhere and the head controls the body as labor until they can buy back their body... which is probably never for most of them?

They thought Teralyst would require a full team.

I expect only the craziest of shenaniganry from this community.

Although, yes, I suppose most people, including myself, would need at least two. Good thing I have a buddy who's just as excited as I am. But I see where this might cause some problems. I hope they'll provide some form of solution.

Eh as long as people in public grouping won't be A******s about me taking longer time in rushing through enemy ship, or shooting down enemy fighters it could be ok... but we know people... then again, warframe has one of the nicer communities.

Maybe now you won't be surprised when you can't do something solo in a multiplayer co-op game, Mr. Sarcastic.

So many news to me Mr. Condescending. I did not say I want to do it solo, I said it left me worried. Maybe I should say why, then again, maybe you could be not an ass about it and assume things.

The thing is people are not exactly always team friendly even if they go and play in public grouping. My idea of fun is not made of someone being angry at me because it took me 1 more second to open door and hack turret or not getting to enemy ship as fastest as possible.

Well, I assume that the actual raids, if they happen,  will require more people...

Who am I kidding this is Warframe, someone will figure out how to solo.

What about the last part of the enemy ship boarding? You would have to get inside yourself. sabotage it. Then - if allowed- leave the ship to board your own ship back again to use its guns to destroy the enemy ship? It really seemed like 2 people at least is mandatory.

  13. As a mostly solo player it makes me a liiiiittle bit worried. Sure the ship battles could be done somehow, like you maniacally jumping between ship stations. Or maybe using specters to man the other ship stations. Better than nothing.

But the problem is the last shown part of enemy ship infiltration and sabotage, because that seemed to need two people at the same time to finish the job.

  14. Having the same worry. They could bypass some of it by using specters. Like "gunnery" one that mans the anti-fighter guns. But what about that enemy ship sabitage?

Seemed you need 2. One to sabotage and mark target and second to shoot them with ship guns.

Worrysome 😞 locking out great content for being solo.

  15. It was nice presentation and they did a wonderful job at making all this new content, free to boot.

But it left me kinda worried, the space part, because I tend to play solo or just with my brother and the new space content didn't look like it is much viable solo? Or you will just have to jump around the ship stations like mad... maybe there will be something like specter, that you can send to a ship station to help out with like... the space fighters defense and such. But that infiltration part? Yea, no map navigation from your ship, no turret hackings... and what about the final part of killing the enemy ship? YOu go in, sabotage, then run out to your ship to shoot the enemy ship? As I said... concerned. Seems the public party will be mandatory for "solo" players.
