No one will be really able to tell you the exact date and time you'll get an answer, as others have pointed (some of) it out it depends on: Current ticket traffic Language and date/time Type of Support ticket* * = Now I can only say this out of experience from working in customer support myself, anything related to billing (real money) and account theft, is usually on a higher priority than tickets such as "Me no like the culor of new wurframe :(((" But no guarantees there. Generally though: The time it takes doesn't matter, as they have to check affiliated accounts and where the plat went. And it's not as if they'd say: "hey yeah we did see that your account was compromised by someone who traded all your plat away, but it took us more than 3 days, so we can't do anything." Side note: Update 23.5 was just released and the console release is being prepared so I am sure the support has its hands full right now. Be patient.
