[Item Didn't Show In Mission Rewards]

I was doing a T2D void mission and right at the end of the 15th wave I got stuck in a wall, my squad team found soma prime bp,

 

however, in my rewards bage and the choose to fight or flight screen, it was blank, it remained blank until we left at 20.

 

I am unsure if I got the item because it would have been my second one, but i only have one in my inventory. It is highly possible i sold it for some ducats, but i dont remember.

 

Anyways, it happened. i have a screen shot of the blank image.

 

kinda sad if i didnt get it.
