  1. Just submitted a request at support. Hopefully things get solved soon =S

UPDATE*: Support desk has responded! There might be some complications in resolving my situation however, things will get resolved. Thank you for taking your time to respond and read my question. I hope you all have a wonderful day and weekend =)

Thank you for your prompt response, however I currently face another issue where I seem to be unable to log in to my account at all due to some sort of IP weirdness.
It did just occur to me that I can try to do the same through my phone, so I'll give it a shot =)
    Have a nice day.

  3. As titled, I somehow managed to purchase the Oberon Prime Access multiple times- 3 in total, in fact.
I credit this to some sort of lag/error that was happening, but my situation now is that I have 2 extra purchases that I do not need. As the purchase had been done through Paypal, I have opened a case with them however I was wondering if there was anything I can do on this end i.e. directly with DE.

To complicate matters more, for whatever reason I cannot log into my account on the main page (warframe.com), each attempt gives me the following response:

    • SORRY, TOO MANY FAILED LOGIN ATTEMPTS FOR YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS IP ADDRESS IS TEMPORARILY BLOCKED. TRY AGAIN LATER

As such, I am unable to reach the support desk and open a proper case with DE/request customer service help, which is what I assume is the logical thing to do. As I am unable to reach the support desk, how do I request for help?

Can anyone offer me some insight on what I should do?

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For anyone interested, I believe this error came about as a result of the following things occuring-
I had attempted to purchase the Prime Access the moment it came out- during this time the server was experiencing heavy traffic (I assume).
As a result, my attempt to log in was subsequently seen as some form of DDoS(?) and at that point I had been denied my ability to access the website.
At this point, I had instead opted to try and buy the prime access with my phone instead of my PC, however due to the high traffic, the payment page was slow. My phone seems to automatically refresh pages that do not load in a amount of time, and thus the information for multiple purchases was put through instead.
This resulted in me purchasing the same pack 3 times (Ugh, I bought the most pricey one aswell lmao). Stupid impatient me now living in a nightmare of my own making lel.

  4. Hello all,

(Unfortunately Im not sure if this is in the right category/forum so please change if it isnt)
I come today with a minor suggestion which to be honest probably isnt a priority for anyone else and more of a quality of life thing, however, would it be possible to see an option to allow us to select the BGM for our orbiters when we are inside?

From what I understand our Orbiters (or space ships tbh Idk what they are called) are meant to be something of a player home- something we can customize. Yet I often find the BGM inside the orbiter- or rather a lacking there of, makes it feel less cozy and more lonely. Like something is missing slightly.

    Spoiler

Even the slight adjustment in the BGM with the Transference room at the back, the overall feeling of the Orbiter was changed completely.

This lead me to think, why do we not have the ability to change what BGM or sounds are being played while we are in the Orbiter? Warframe has many, many sound tracks some of which I genuinely enjoy, yet why must they be buried and be otherwise inaccessible? Not to mention that with the recent introduction of Octavia and her mandachord, this may open up a window of opportunity for Tenno to play their creations beyond simply just missions, and offer more use and value to each creation, not to mention the incentive to create more sound tracks.

Just a thought. Currently, the node-like thing opposite the radio scanner doesnt appear to serve any function, and is sort of just sitting there. Perhaps that can be the hub in which we can use to change the soundtrack being played in the Orbiter?

Just a thought, and I know it isnt on the highest priority to anyone out there, but I think it'd be a nice touch =)

Cheers for taking the time to read this, and feel free to critique my thoughts.

  5. I find that this issue most frequently occurs whenever the following conditions meet for myself
    1. In a public or game that is not hosted by myself and if 1 applies
    2. I am attempting to update my account information.

In fact, it would seem the error only occurs when an attempt to update my account of any kind occurs.

EDIT: Actually, on second thought Im not too certain if this is 100% the case. It does seem to be where the error happens most frequently however I do not have enough evidence to support that this error occurs when the game is trying to update my account post mission.

Yeah, we (GF and I) have seen no change in this issue at all even with the patches, I think it's actually getting worse.

Oh and the host is selected by the game BTW... even if you add everyone, the host who provides the best ping for all squad members is selected as host, it's typical P2P style. Also, we still get this bug playing solo... so host or not, seems irrelevant.

Before the most recent patch, being the host would most of the time address this issue for me (not for my fellow squad members however).
At the time of writing (post hotfix) being the host seems to no longer do anything for me- I seem to be getting the Network Not Responding error regardless.
    Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  7. Sup guys,

Dont know how much of the issue the hotfix addressed for yalls but for me ironically it seems to have gotten worse LOL.
This is seriously disheartening, but besides praying what can we do. It's been so long yet an end does not seem to be in sight =(
It'd be nice if the DE can let us know what they suspect is occurring, and or alternatively what they have been looking at doing to address said issue. I dont want to complain to much but the patch notes are kind of vague, and this is really really weighing down on my love affair with this game =/.

    Changes

    • Updated and improved the look of Frost’s abilities with fancy new ice textures!
    • Further optimized network access to help alleviate ‘Network Not Responding’ issues.

    Hello DE,

Thanks for all the hard work, quite enjoy the new Frost aesthetics =)
However I'd like to let it be known that the Network Not responding issue appears to persist.
If it helps, as far as Im aware this error first began around Christmas- around the 22nd/23rd of December last year.
I hope the error is resolved soon!

Have a nice day everyone =)

I just don'T get why it's not fixed...it's just to annoying to be kicked of the game after evey mission, I really wanna play but that bugs me so much :(..can we have a statement saying you guys are working on this issue please ?

They implemented something to monitor the on going issue in recent hotfixes, so I believe they are actively working on the issue.

I haven't had this problem so far and I've done like 60 hours playtime just this week this might be a server problem on DE's side of things for some of the world regions you guys are from, not for me and I am from South East Europe

Im beginning to think that region might be the case. While Im usually connected to the Oceania server, I too am from Australia.
Are most players here whom are affected from the SEA region?

    The Glast Gambit: Hotfix 19.5.7

    Changes:

    • Made more diagnostic changes for ‘Network Not Responding’ messages when our network is actually fine. Players may see this intermittently but rest assured it's not indicative of a widespread network issue.
    • Optimized a 'room' in the Landing Craft (being vague for spoilers).
    • Changed Interception to prevent new players joining right before the round ends (it now locks the mission at the 60% mark).

    Hello DE,

Thank you for all the hard work, however I'd like to bring to your attention that the Network Not Responding messages persists for me and I still do not receive post mission rewards.

I believe that whilst by and large, there is no massive network issue, some form of network issue should exist.

Once again thank you and I look forward to future hotfixes and updates for the game!

EDIT: I would like to mention that the issue doesnt seem to apply when I am running solo missions.
