  2. Further to my post earlier here is a direct comparison of before and after the rework. Elite Onslaught with a Discharge Volt - before, at best, the best volt could match the Saryn Kills there or there abouts. Now, they can outkill Saryn 4 or 5 times over. Who is next for nerf I wonder? Be under no illusion, this is not a buff. Saryn is weaker than before and is now constantly fighting her team mates (in a co-op game) for kills just to keep her spores alive and doing any kind of significant damage. If you play alone there aren't enough spawns to keep the spores going and if you play with a full squad you have to pray they aren't very good at killing if you want to be any use. Before Rework - Zone 8 of Elite Onslaught with a Volt in the party meant 2500 kills for Saryn (spore and condition overload build) approx. After Rework - Zone 8 of Elite Onslaught with a Volt in the party means around 800 kills for Saryn after a couple of tries. Better? I think not.
  3. First impressions are not good I'm afraid. You talked a lot about the reason for these changes being to make her more active and to make the abilities work better together, if anything the reverse has happened. Spores don't interact well with any of the other abilities, Molt and Toxic Lash are completely on their own and Miasma cancels spores, the very thing you don't want to do!! Also it's cast and forget if the spores do stay alive, which certainly isn't more active! ~shrug~ Spores - there is a bug where is is locked and uncastable kicking around. Also they barely spread, even with max damage and she's lost the interaction she used to get with nova for example... this was a poor choice imo. Kuva survival the spores barely keep alive with max range for more than a few seconds, occasionally the counter would get up a bit and tick some decent damage but compared to the saryn of old if you had a good spore/condition overload build, this is very weak. You are basically trying to get your team mates to stop killing so you can let your spores last long enough to do enough damage to do the killing... it doesn't make sense!!! EDIT; Elite onslaught with max range and high str was working ok for spores, still plenty kills, but the actual number infested was often dropping to zero, even with frames that aren't meta for their onslaught murdering. If there had been a volt it would have been game over. Also it seemed like their might be a bug with the spore spreading as the counter was dying out but with enemies still on the tile! Hmm? Molt - bring casting spores on molt back if there is any hope of this 'infinite' damage you were so excited about. The speed boost is nice, otherwise, meh. Toxic Lash - no longer interacts with the spores, again a poor change, the weapon buff is nice but it's now just a random ability with no real synergy with any of the others Miasma - Spores and Miasma together are counter intuitive... miasma bursts all spores, if its cast by another Saryn!! Really? That needs changed. Also there was a lot of talk about making the abilities work together and this just doesn't work well with spores at all. So if you are gonna roll out a Saryn instead of bringing along your CP, then great, otherwise, disappointing. EDIT: Tried another mission and Miasma wasn't bursting the spores... which is bug that it does or doesn't?? I have 5000 hours in this game and this needless breaking of frames who were better before is really sad. First Ember, now this, sad times for our classic, favourite frames.

    Are you kidding me? This is insanity... bite-sized arcade style??? Since when??? The whole point of this game mode was to do long runs, see how far we could get, it was sold that way from the very start... are you now trying to tell us that you've changed your mind because you didn't balance it right? FINALLY having something to do at higher levels other than snore through sorties once a day and you are going to make it so we can't keep going past a certain point? Why? You have lost your minds... this is what the veterans of warframe have been crying out for since you took away the old void system!! Increasing the efficiency drain to inane levels especially when some of the tile spawn rates are already gimped is just gonna be the end of ever going past rotation C and just resetting. 'Limit run duration'?? Why on earth would you want to do that? Focus is already capped at 250k anyway, what does it matter if I want to spend 3 hours in there? Whats the difference, apart from more fun and more of a challenge instead of just resetting every 20 mins .... yet another farm snore fest. Don't make it easier, but don't make the efficiency impossible... let us go long... PLEASE

    [PC] Beasts of the Sanctuary: General Feedback Megathread

    Onslaught is a much needed addition to Warframe and reminds me a bit of when we actually used to push for long runs in the void back before relics. However it is so broken right now. The spawn rate on certain tiles is so low that it's instant fail no matter how good you are, currently that's zone 11... If anyone has gotten passed this with the new tileset since the last hotfix you're a better person than I. Even going in with 100% efficiency from the tile before isn't good enough to maintain the efficiency on this one. For a long term player like myself, onslaught is exactly what's been missing for a long time. However it needs a few tweaks: - Why are the tiles in a set order? It would be far far more interesting if they were always random... so you never know which one is coming next. As long as you work out the spawn rates properly for each tile, you could have as many as you like that just appear in a random order. - The host leaving or disconnecting currently causes everyone to lose their rewards. This needs fixed TODAY... So far i've lost several Khora parts, captura scenes, and countless radiant relics because of this. If you can't play on public because the host thats randomly picked might leave then the mode is FUNDAMENTALLY BROKEN. Even playing with clan members is a slight risk, I had someone's power go out after zone 19 yesterday... RIP all that stuff. - Where are the modifiers? We want challenges, not just mindless farming, don't nerf the frames, make the game harder. Please, and not just by making so less mobs spawn so we run out of efficiency, thats not harder, thats just annoying. Sortie style modifiers please!!!! - Also this mode needs to be implemented some way into the endless kuva missions. It is 100 times more interesting than the dull as dishwater kuva survival that doesn't even scale... So please consider making a kuva version!! Overall we like onslaught, and please do more things like this... just make them work before you release them, at least a little bit. <3 As for Khora... has potential with a lot of work but currently just mastery fodder... a big shame after such a long wait. And while I have your attention... can you PLEASE sort our beloved poor Ember out...??? Rest in peace :(

    So if we did multiple runs and wasted our time for hours last night doing up to rotation B, which I and several other friends did? Can we have our time back please? Tell me about it, definitely salty to wake up to this news today after hours doing it last night with nothing. I even said to a few people how odd it was because in the days of farming like this it was always rotation C. Sigh. And yea the UI is indeed obnoxiously big now.

    Literally just finished the quest to 'network not responding', been stuck back at cephalon suda after the white screen in a 'please wait' screen for 10 mins now. If I have to do that huge bit again i'm not gonna be impressed!

    Friendly Fire is the most fun I've had in warframe in months!!! Can't believe it's been removed, gutted, was a great addition. At least bring it back as an option!!!
