After I joined the accounts, not all of my slates appeared, I have mastery 25, but only the slates up to mastery 18 appeared in the inventory.

After I merged my accounts via cross save (PC/XBOX), my mastery slates only appeared up to mastery 19, but I have mastery 26, where are the rest of my slates?
