Please DE, please make this a thing. At least give the mods to Simaris if you have maxed out the event previously. Quite a few people have probably made the mistake of dissolving their mods from the event, not myself but others I know have fallen victim to this. Yes, this is due to their own negligence but I would believe most Warframe players think about this as any other item in the game. "I have a way to reobtain this so I don't need it now." There is no explicit warning that tells you that the mod you are selling or dissolving can not be reacquired.

I just had the same thing happen to me. This is what transpired: I was playing in a squad with MashedNaters (PC), LucianKreed (PC), and THE UNTAMEABLE1 (Cross-Play) on the Corpus ship tileset doing an Arbitration Survival. I was playing as a Khora Prime and had dropped down to 45 HP. I entered my operator in an attempt to heal my Warframe with Magus Repair and heard the healing sound for the first moments. After that my Warframe rag-dolled and I could no longer enter my Warframe. I couldn't use my operator abilities but I could fire my amp and void dash, if I tried to melee nothing happened and anytime I would try to transfer back it would just do the animation and I would still be my operator.
