I've been playing Warframe since 2015 on PS4, but recently moved to PS5. I like playing on Console, has its quirks, but I like playing with a controller.
Since crossplay has been introduced, I really have been enjoying playing with PC players. Playing on a console inherently means people don't chat much because it's a hassle having to type with a controller and not everybody wants to talk through a mic, but PC players actually chat and discuss things, so I'm having fun with that. So why the heck can't console players and PC players add each other as friends in-game? You have a decent conversation and have fun farming liches for like an hour together just to go your separate ways because you can't add each other for some reason. It can't be to avoid griefing or abuse or anything because you can say whatever you want to literally anybody you group with, if I'm trying to add them, it must be because I like them already.
