Just had it too, solution make sure they can't spawn anywhere near the extract, or better yet remove the orphix game mode completely wait a year when our repressed memories of it arn't so bad anymore and then re add it back in except you know fixed. It dropped in the moment i pressed E to get out of the ship to transition into archwing.
