I was hoping it is more of a Samurai-themed frame or perhaps even something relating to a Sentient based off the color palette and it's similarity to (Broken) War.

Have you completed the intro quest Vor's Prize?
This might be why you haven't obtained it yet.
If not go to Warframe Support and see if they can resolve it. A response from them should take a week or two to get.

The codex scanner will be introduced during the Saya's Vigil quest in the Plains of Eidolon
Later on, I recommend helping Simaris in any Relay with synthesis. Doing this will grant you standing that you can put towards the synthesis scanner battery, which costs 50,000 standing, and will grant unlimited scans so you won't have to buy more scanners either from him or in the market.

But all jokes aside, wait at least week for a response from DE about your ticket. By then, they'll probably have it resolved and/or explain what you did to be banned for that long.

We do have extractors in the game.
We can buy them in the market and place it on a planet with all nodes unlocked.
Although its not a literal farm, it is the closest we have to one.

Just getting back into the swing of things after more than a month of hiatus. I have about 90x10^21909384932e84921 things to rank up for that sweet sweet mr.
And ghoul bounties just landed on console so that means I'm off to level up my corinth and gunsen too.

Yes and no
On its own, it shows significant damage, but falls short during sorties when not paired with other mods that increase power strength (such as power drift)
For the perfect build, finding a non-damaged Continuity should be priority number 1. Number 2 would be putting aside a reactor.

(This is a little embarassing but I still don't have continuity either) Go to the defense mission that you can unlock through the europa-void path (its the easiest void defense, I forget it's name) and it drops during rotation C, so every 15 waves i think. But I'm using damaged continuity right now and I'm still surviving vay hek sortie assassinations (bless power drift)

Oberon is definitely a Jack of All Trades Warframe, however, it is important to keep in mind that he's a master of none.
Oberon can be used as a dps, cc, tank, or support. Like Frost, you can build him towards any of these. Unlike Frost, he doesn't have many defense abilities. This is where renewal comes in. With Flow and Continuity, you can heal yourself and allies passively with Renewal activated. Additionally, Intensity and other power strength mods can heal you faster (but imo, I prefer slower, but prolonged healing)
If healing seems to boring or doesn't fit your fancy, try building around hallowed ground. Continuity and Intensity can help do massive cc-ing while also giving the chance to add a radiation proc to enemies. This will help draw fire away from you and towards their (former) allies.
As for ability mods, Smite Infusion is good for making a more supportive build, don't bother with his reckoning or hallowed ground mods, and Phoenix Renewal basically gives both you and allies free revives every 90s.
I'm not the best oberon, but this will surely help.

If only the kids can regenerate energy for frames (Zenurik)
If only we had frames that can regenerate energy (Trin & Harrow)
If only we had an Aura that regenerates Energy (Energy siphon)
If only we had ability efficiency mods (Streamline, Fleeting Expertise)
The kids need it because DE probably decided they'd rather not have the kids take energy from frames by absorbing the energy orbs, so they added regenerative energy.

If you get lucky in Maroo's Bazaar (or trade chat), try to buy Vaykor Hek from someone (It's the best shotgun in the game atm)
Also Tigris Prime or even a normal Tigris can be good if you don't mind becoming the doom slayer.
Astilla is also great at crowd-controlling with a good blast/slash status build.

Been considering getting Valkyr lately because I have insane OCD and need an equal amount of male/female warframes.
So, is Valkyr Prime worth the grind or am I better off just grinding Alad V for Valkyr?
