I'm on borderless but i've tried all options, for some reason, enabling and disabling g-sync sometimes help with the issue

Tried both, no luck, also i can't seem to get solve it anymore, even when reinstalling the game and cleaning all files, including settings.

So, for some reason, my hdr only bugs on warframe, when the game opens, or when i alt tab, both out of it and into it, the screen does a fast white blink and afterwards everything in game looks washed out and darker, i have hdr on in the game and the only solution that i found was reinstalling the game, but it always comes back, does anyone know how to solve this ?
