  1. Cold's CD buff is like a 12% more damage at max stacks. Flat +0.5 CD just doesn't do much when your CD mods provide so much more already. Puncture's CC buff is more impactful, but it doesn't change anything in the end. You simply won't mod for Puncture as the returns aren't worth it. There will be weapons that incidentally benefit from it sure, but not because you built into it. The decision to mod for those elements would be tied to you simply wanting to, not because of the recent changes. Those changes did little to enhance their desirability.
  2. And therein lies the point. Non-armored ehp is just that much lower that Slash's lowered DoT multiplier isn't relevant; they'll just die. Hunter Munitions is simply the best catch all. Other DoT procs "need" more actions (grouping, armor strip, etc) to reach the level. If you're stripping, proc DoT isn't very meaningful as they'll just die to the initial shots. Armor needs to be answered, and HM provides the best answer for a gun by itself. Magus Accelerant is extremely tedious to use. This is also overvaluing Heat Inherit. It's not much more damage unless you have a decent riven for your primer or your weapon's base damage type is heat.
  3. The IPS bonuses present in a given stance are a separate modifier to IPS mods, i.e. its (1 + IPS mod) x (1+ IPS Stance bonus), so unless the rules suddenly change for negative modifiers, -100% of a given IPS type on a riven should completely eliminate that IPS, regardless of the IPS buffs from a stance.
  4. I misread the problem it seems. OP is indeed incorrect that you need to complete all 3 first weeks. I incorrectly read the OP as saying you had to complete one of the first 3 weeks, which wasn't the complaint.
  5. Is it though? https://www.warframe.com/anniversary
  6. The problem is that you inverted the ability for controllers, not M&K. You want to select the "Invert Tap/Hold Abilities" option from the tab that says "Keyboard/Mouse", not "Controller".
  7. It's just visual. Damage numbers still line up correctly. A level 150 SP Corrupted Heavy Gunner has ~21,817 armor. I'm using a 7,125 pure Radiation damage Arca Plasmor. With no armor Strip: Arca Plamor does 97 damage which matches the expected value of 7,125 x 300 / (21,817 + 300) ≈ 97 damage. With 10 stacks of Corrosive procs: Arca Plamor does 458 damage, which matches the expected value of 7,125 x 300 / [21,817 x (1 - 80%) + 300] ≈ 458 With a Heat proc (and waiting 2 sec for Heat's armor strip): Arca Plamor does 191 damage, which matches the expected value of 7,125 x 300 / [21,817 x (1 - 50%) + 300] ≈ 191 With 10 stacks of Corrosive procs + a Heat proc (and waiting 2 sec for Heat's armor strip):Arca Plamor does 861 damage, which matches the expected value of 7,125 x 300 / [21,817 x (1 - 50%) x (1 - 80%) + 300] ≈ 861. The real bug with SP is that enemy units double dip on the shield bonus, and eximus triple dip on it.
  8. The ricochet effect triggers on every enemy hit by your main shot, even if it you triggered it on another enemy in the same shot. So hit two enemies with with the same pellet? It'll ricochet twice.
  9. Test is poorly set up. Like you're not proccing much Impact in that first test (you get like 2 procs top, and almost immediately kill the enemy), so of course they won't stagger as much, because you're not getting the procs that stagger them. It's not a consequence of the cap, it's a consequence of just proccing Impact.
  10. Quick scroll through the first 20 or so top rated Overframe builds doesn't reveal many if any notes about PSF being mandatory or that important. In fact, a good portion aren't even running PSF.
  11. It doesn't in my testing. Wrathful Advance is just a conditional crit buff, which I talked about here: @YikersDikers can you provide some footage of the casting order disabling conditional Crit Chance mods / breaking the logic I outlined here Here's my testing that indicates that casting order of Shroud of Dynar and Wrathful Advance does nothing to break that logic: Galatine Prime is using Blood Rush / Primed Fury / Primed Reach / Amalgam Organ Shatter / Killing Blow / Body Count. At 12x Combo, Galatine Prime has 140.4% CC with Blood Rush. You can see that when casting Shroud of Dynar then Wrathful Advance that I can still orange crit, which shouldn't be possible if that casting order disabled conditional Crit Chance mods.
  12. You think I didn't test Wrathful Advance with Shroud? On a topic about Wrathful Advance's interaction with Shroud? Like seriously? You think I'm just making a blind statement? Nothing changes about my statement. Wrathful Advance doesn't change any of the behavior outlined.
  13. The interaction is fairly straightforward. As you cast Shroud of Dynar, it does the following: Shroud of Dynar looks at your melee Crit Chance then applies this logic this logic: If Crit Chance is less than 100%, Shroud sets it to 100% Crit Chance. If Crit Chance is greater than or equal to 100%, Shroud does not change it. Shroud of Dynar then locks your melee Crit Chance. Your melee Crit Chance will remain unchanged as long as Shroud of Dynar is active, even if conditional critical chance buffs expire, or if new ones are applied.
  14. Five new Incarnons will be added in Echoes of Duviri, all of which will be buyable from the market. Kinda funny. Part of the reason being that they don't want to make people wait too long to get them. Who coulda seen this coming, that locking weapons to a particular week backfires pretty hard when you plan to add more.
  15. If you're just looking for a damage calculation, here are some equations.
  16. "With a few conditions active" = with a positive feedback ability strength loop active. Only available in Duviri. For those that don't know, the Fortified Will Decree (every 50 Armor grants +15% ability strength for every 50 armor) can stack infinitely on Rhino if you use Ironclad Charge. That is what is enabling such large numbers.
  17. Yea no. Their follow up indicates they're not going to play Xaku anymore, not change Warframe the game. Grammar could use work sure, they might be ESL, who knows, but by your own admission you're coming into the thread with an axe to grind against I'm sure that doesn't bias your interpretation at all. Indeed, but posting definitely does mean you are viewing and scrolling, hence my use of it.
  18. Reading comprehension. They are talking about changing their warframe (the character you play with), not Warframe (the game). Account age != being on the forums. I see people with 7,000+ posts immediately laying on OP.
  19. Indeed. However, I do keep up with staff replies (it has a dedicated button). Most of the people responding in the negative have all been on the forums for some time, so you'd hope they'd at least be aware of this feature. This particular staff reply is not old. Jumping to "OP must be lying and AFKing" before asking any clarifying questions strikes me as pretentious. Care enough to lambast OP, but not enough to actually look around to see if something is off.
  20. You need to get -25% magazine capacity or more to get 1 bullet in Vectis Prime. 2 x (1 - 20.9%) = 1.582, which the game will round up to 2. You need to get to 2 x (1 - 25%) = 1.5 or below for the game to round Vectis Prime's magazine to 1.
  21. The post right above your initial one describes it lmao. Also if you work with what you have, you’d realize OP was still moving around. Also the report has a staff reply. It’s not like it’s super out of the way.
  22. All the people dumping on OP not even realizing that DE has acknowledged this bug but of course, OP must be wrong. Couldn’t be anything else.
