    Disabling the V-Sync worked for me. This is the first time I have come across this issue. It started with the latest WF Update and AMD Drivers. (AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, ASRock X670E Pro RS, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX (Navi31 XTX) [MSI], Acer 144Hz w/FreeSync)
