[Disconnect after a lich mission]

All day today I've been getting kicked out of the game after doing missions in my liches territory, and now I'm just getting login errors asking if I put my info in right trying to log back in.

Game goes immediately to black-screen after clicking play on Start menu, have attempted fixing with ( CRTL+ALT+Delete method, didn't work) Restarting computer or optimizing files not working either. any advice? or is this a programming error?

Wait so resedence of Florida in general can't enter or does that mean something else? And if so how come these specificly named areas arent considered into the giveaway?
